The irony of this is interesting. Hockey won't even consider going more than five years without renovating their locker rooms and chef's quarters. But football people are trying to bring to light how dilapidated their 80 year old facilties are, to the point I believe it will be condemned soon, and they are made fun of. Interesting.

That is ONE guy that stepped up for the hockey program and gave over 100 million. Sorry, UND has mined that one guy for football yet. They just have a bunch that only came up with 10 million for the IPF.

Go into Memorial Stadium sometime. It will take 10 mins. Then get back to us with your thoughts. This is strictly a facilities conversation. Yes, we know Rudy can coach much, much better. Bubba needs to do much more with his handling of the game plans and overseeing his team. There are issues other than facilities, we all know

Who has ever definitively stated that they can't compete? I have seen comments that it would sure as hell help them to have new facilities because they are in the same locker room as players that are currently 90 years old played in.

Define "last year"? Technology and design have changed quite dramatically in the last 9-12 months. There is a very real chance their locker rooms are embarrassingly outdated.

Regarding the mascot: it looks like every other mascot in the country. They all look the same. Do some googling and I am pretty sure you will hate every mascot you see. Why is UND's so bad? Is it that you guys don't want mascot in the first place, perhaps?

You guys forgetting about the safety that came flying over and dove at Guellers feet, got leapfrogged, then Gueller took off up the field for a touchdown. Deion was one part, safety was supposed to clean it up though You don't dive at their feet in the open field.
