Um, I was at the game against CC and not in student section and it was around me. All and always is strong wording. Yes, the loudest was from them and I agree, it is getting old. It is making UND look bad too. Watching the game tonight on TV, I could hear it. It is time for the student leaders to step up.

Very nice to see the guys not give up a 4-0 lead tonight. That game against CC was a wake up call to the big lead games. Now lets just hope that CC comes in here next weekend.

If you read Blounts article the other day, you will see that there is talk of a combined tourney in Metro area. I don't know what the logistical nightmare would be, but I would support a combined tourney. WCHA has to just find somewhere else to play. Sorry if that makes our friends in Mankato and Bemidji unhappy, There are 2 teams from MN and maybe a Bradley center would be better for their tourney. The X needs to be the location for the NCHC with St Paul being more centrally located and more fans willing to go.

On Thursday when Shayna was meeting with the team, I guess at least one of them said they would win this game for her. I really hope that they do come through with that win. I predict 3-1 ENG UND

Thank you for posting this. The family appreciates everything that the UND family has done for Shayna. She has a very long road to go. There may be some on her during the game tonight. I have been talking with Pat Micheletti and if the producers allow it, they will cover her story.

I called her mom today to talk and Shayna happened to be there. We talked on the phone, I just about lost it. I visited her every day while she was in Bismarck. Amazing is an understatement. I was so glad that the team took the time to have her visit them yesterday. It was awesome to hear her excitement on the phone today.

Yeah, she is the UND student, who happens to be my cousin. She was in a bad car accident with a drunk driver. She is in Omaha recovering. Team met with her yesterday.

Tomorrows game is going to be awesome even bigger. A road sweep would prove really big. Plus there is going to be a special fan in attendance tomorrow. Hope they can win this game for her.

It is a sad day for sports in the state of ND. Scott Miller, the long time voice of NDSU sports has passed this morning. No matter what school you cheered for, Scott was one of the greats in the industry. My deepest heart felt condolences to the Miller family.

Unless you are in Omaha, they have nothing for coverage down there. I find it funny that Midco bends over backwards for all these other towns when they come into GF, yet they do nothing for UND fans in return.

The same old song and dance is the fans saying, " this could be the series". Then I went on to state my opinion about the team. It is the same old with the fans, which makes us fans. Just because I chose not to go to Boston or Philly, that makes me less of a fan?

I agree with you on this. That was by far the best college hockey game I have seen this year. I have a feeling that DU is going to make some noise in the tourney and UND may see them again. I am really hoping that what we got out of the CBS line on Sat isn't what we get for the rest of the year. I am looking forward to Minneapolis being a trophy raising for a first time.

I am not saying burn the ship, oh wait that was last years team. But I am saying I get it, this happens every year and it seems like it is about this time of year that it happens. Now the team has 3 series left and all 3 are going to be tough. This team needs to be different. Go win both games this weekend and build from there.

Hate to say it, but we hear the same old song and dance every year. This will be the turn around series. I am as big of a fan as them all, but this weekend was just a big letdown. This team had a chance to take the penrose firmly and they laid an egg.

I am not going to say that I know this for a fact, but I believe that the overhead camera angle had something to do with it. I saw the refs motion more than once with their hand in a downward angle. IMO. that arena should not have the option for review if they are going to keep such a bad angle.
