The more memorable one was the one with trupp and gregoire on the same unit. I don't remember who all was on it. I do know that they need to keep those two together. Trupp assisted on both of gregoire's goals this weekend. As for Kozek --I'm sure it's tough to decide who is going to be on the units. I'd take it up with someone who has some influence on that decision, b/c i sure as hell don't.

I think the coach's know who the best powerplay guys are. And Martens should have played in the saturday game. I will keep it zipped who I think should have been up in the press box. Also, Kozek is great... and he can score goals. But that's it really. Truth be told he doesn't get many assists, he just gets goals. There's only so much room in the powerplay. I wouldn't be surprised if we see him there at some point in the future though. Of course, this is all just my opinion.

Hextall's a decent player. But yes, don't know about the top line for him. Toews I think they are trying to figure out where he fits in. He has only played 2 games. Defense should be a focus in practice this week... because it was awful in the third period. We don't have a brick wall in goal yet to bail us out like we did last year. Oh, and Miller needs to be more consistent if he wants to be in the lineup every night, i don't think he played well tonight.

words can't describe how much i love jason gregoire.... he definitely came alive this weekend. he's definitely the standout of the freshman class thus far. hopefully his classmates will be able to get something going in the coming weeks as well...

i think there's a few that could use a benching... Also, I don't care what some say, I CANNOT WAIT FOR FINLEY TO COME BACK! Like him or not, his experience is needed on the blue line.

I agree... the officiating was AWFUL. we also noticed how often wisco complained to the refs. maybe they started to feel bad for them. (ok, maybe not lol). Anyways, there were some horrible calls... hopefully the boys can bounce back next weekend.

I agree that people have jumped off the band wagon already. Just walking on campus, you can tell just tell there's not the same confidence. a lot of people assume the worst about the series this weekend. Not me, I'm thinking positive thoughts.

OSU also has zac dalpe, and i've heard he's pretty good... most were surprised he actually showed up on campus considering he was a high draft pick. On a side note, UAA and UMD's game ended in a tie... lots of very interesting game results this weekend!

CC and clarkson tied AGAIN in overtime.... interesting...

personally, as fun as it would be to drop wisco to 0-8, i'd prefer to play them with a win or two under their belt. i'm interested to see how this series goes this weekend.

I think that was down in my section. It was getting pretty heated. I know I felt like throwing something at the glass at some points in that game, but I restrained myself.
