I've never understood the point of major college schools scheduling lower level schools. what do they get out of it except having to write a huge check to another university? hey michigan how did that app state game work out for you a few years back?

this is probably a dumb question but if und wins the great west tournament can they make the national tourney?

agree 100%. I think in the end the 2013-14 team will be a better team than this years and last. look for rocco to put up 25 plus goals, markmac with 15 plus and parks with 20 plus just to name a few. I think we'l see the patented slow start but in the end will be a very good team who could very well close out it's season in the city of brotherly love.

I know it is just me but these outdoor games have lost their luster, pizzaz or whatever you want to call it. it was a cool thing 4-5 years ago but now they are just so commonplace.

I'd love to see production out of this freshman class like st.cloud got this year, what was it 53 goals or something like that. but that may be wishful thinking.

exactly, and to go even further how many times has an eventual stanley cup champion lost game one of a series and gone on to win the cup. i'm pretty sure quite a few. heck even in the nba it happens. there were several times when jordanplayed for the bulls they lost game one and went on to win the series.

why not, almost everyother level of hockey has a best of playoff format.
