Watching UND this weekend against the Dogs was almost like watching Hakstol's teams against BC where they looked really slow.

Cherry pick? Talent wise who else would you put with those three, Gardner? I'm not saying the season is over by any stretch but this team is what it is. A very talent challenged squad who will probably sneak in to the tourney but is too mistake proned to probably really do anything.

You must have been ecstatic with this weekends results and last weekend's as well then.

Nothing, but they are fourth liners and that seems that is what the roster is full of. Schlossman has even stated this isn't a highly skilled team. It is almost as if the coaching staff was blind sided with all the losses from last year's team and we're not prepared for replacing them.

This roster is full of role players not table setters.

And while they are stockpiling first round draft picks UND is getting Hoff and Gornall.

Beyond Jost, Boeser and Gersich where is the high end blue chip talent? This is a failure in recruiting. The young team excuse doesn't fly. Look at BU.

At this point the Wild have to be the favorites to win the Stanley Cup.

It could be because of academics and when he got cut and wanted to re-enroll at Central he may not have taken enough classes in Bismarck to be eligible. Just speculating.

I had seen some NHL teams were doing it as well, agreed on Thank God they are done doing it.

What is everyone's issue with GPR?

JM versus EWU could be a really entertaining game in a few weeks.

I've said it before, no Easton Stick lead team will win a championship. It also doesn't help to have a defense that can't stop this offense and is fortunate to only be down 10. The reign ends tonight.

On that last pp there was a moment where UND actually had a flurry, the goalie was out of position and a partially wide open net was available and a puck was lying about 6 feet in front of 24 and he just stood there against the wall looking at the puck like a 6 year old who doesn't know what to do.

The line between the have's and the have nots isn't a very fine line in ND high school hockey. There is a reason why GFC and RR don't schedule teams like HB and Bottineau for NC games. Bismarck didn't have a choice and not to defend Peluso but these things happen.

Not saying this is what will happen but since 2005 at least half of the champions have failed to make the tourney the following season. Even mighty BC failed to make it after one of their titles.

Chemistry and consistency.

No it just goes to show that UND should win easily.

UND played against Wentz, the Spiders played against Wentz's caddy.

Unless this becomes a battle of back up qb's Richmond has no shot.

Unless this is a basketball game against Richmond no need to worry. I know people don't want to sound over confident but this is freaking Richmond with absolutely no football tradition at any level and UND doesn't lose playoff games at home. I said it before UND wins by at least two touchdowns.

No need to try and talk Richmond up, doesn't anyone remember how awful they looked in Fargo last year. UND wins just least 2 TD's.

On the flip side UND could have easily had 2 more losses but that did't happen either. Teams we're seeded accordingly to what actually happened on the field this season. UND ended up where they should have as did the Jacks.

NDSU's run will end this year, no team with Easton Stick will win a title. Jacks will pick them off in Fargo.

I've watched plenty of FCS football just not a lot coming from the Alerus Center despite having graduated from UND.
