This obviously didn't age well. Still not convinced SU has a good defense. They look good when they play a team that has no QB. UND does not have a QB. Simon is a nice story but he is not a D1 QB. He is a band aid to whatever UND wants to do next year at QB.

I thought there would be more UND fans there. Been a while since I have to one of these in Fargo but I remember UND fans filling up at least one full section if not more. Maybe ticket allotments have changed.

The energy last year was due to what happened on the opening kick off and just kept building from there. NDSU will not return the opening kick off for a touchdown this year and the Bison fans will not be a factor. There D is atrocious.

Controlling the clock will not be a problem SUs defense is absolutely abysmal. They can't stop anything and haven't all year. Yesterday was an aberration. They give up huge plays like giving out candy on Halloween. The ONLY thing that will prevent us from winning is turnovers..

To be honest Murray State is garbage and in a game like that you can't take away too much other than wanting to come out of it healthy as possible.

Based off history and tradition yes that may be a bridge too far. Based off current play no it isn't. Their defense has more gaping holes than a broken dam and can't stop anyone and get any pressure on the QB hence through 4 games they have 1 sack if even that and their run defense is giving up 200 a game. Can't stop the run, can't run the ball and have no deep threats. Mediocrity has hit Bisonville my friends. Entz was right to get out of their when he did.

NDSU defense=dumpster fire. Add to the equation they have 0 offense outside of Miller. Most overrated team in FCS Top 25. Very good chance by mid October they are 3-5 including 0-4 in the Valley.

UND wins by 3 TDs. No true test until the Jacks come to town.
