we're doing that next year with merrimack, but on the other hand we will go to cornell and have miami at home plus I'm assuming a home and home with bsu.

I said this earlier in a different thread, but if we get two wins this weekend we flip a couple of comparisons(Wisc,Duluth) and with some help we could flip BC and Ohio State. There is a lot of time left so don't panic yet. Including this weekend we have 6 weekends of hockey left before selection sunday. The pwr is fun to look at and talk about but it was never meant to be looked at before the season was over. right now is only a snapshot of where teams are at. there are a lot of games countrywide left and a lot of things can happen. once again the bottom line is we need to win and this stuff will take care of itself. and it needs to start this weekend.

I'm about 80% positive that if they tied being harvards rpi is so low bc would dip below us in rpi. I think we lost like 20 points in rpi when we tied tech.

a tie would benefit us as well.

BU as we played them already and a bu win will help our rpi and common opponents catagory vs ne.

I think you are correct as wisc ended up a 3 seed and nd was the last team in as a 4 seed. if princeton wouldn't have won the ecac I think mankato would have got in.

we're at .625 they both are at .636, so they will not put us in as the autobid.

I can see that scenario playing itself out, however I don't know if I see us sweeping aa. I could see more of a sweep of mankato or cc. we do not play well up in the last frontier.

we are now tied for 16th in the pwr with bc but lose the tiebreaker so we are in 17th, falling 3 spots while not playing this weekend..

well in a pipe dream maybe harvard can pull off a miracle tomorrow night and bu can beat northeastern. well actually with our luck bc and and ne will win. that's just how this weekend has gone.

2 wins this weekend and all that went bad for us this last weekend will be turned around. that being said, we are not getting any help from anybody so therefore du will beat cc on fri.

uw has always been on our ass in the pwr, that's why it wouldn't be the worst thing int he world if the goophs won tonight.

before anyone panics over the following statement keep in mind after this weekend we will have two games in hand on everyone except the gophers. so it is not the worst thing in the world if denver wins again tonight. a du win will help us in the pairwise and help us move a little closer to solidifying a top 5 finish if not a top 3 finish. should du win they will have a 5 point lead on us, which can be overcome in the last 4 weeks as long as we keep on winning. that 5 point lead could be cut to one next week should we sweep and DU loses friday to CC and we'll still have aone game in hand after next week.
