Hey everyone, look on the bright side. The drummers aren't playing that same old "drum quintet" thing that rang in my ears during the last years of the old REA. Now THAT was something to complain about. They played it so much that rythymly-challenged people like myself could play it in their sleep. As far as the band sucking... I wouldn't go that far. Their not some performing orchestra for pete sake, they're a pep band. That's what they sound like... loud, fun, PEPPY! (the old K-Lite pep band back in '87 was a little loud in the brass too, but they were still fun!)

I agree... it seems almost everyone has a "goal" song except us. Blur's "woo hoo" is always fun, although I think its SCCC's goal song...

While I have been one who complained about visibility in the past, I have to say I've had absolutely no reason to complain about not seeing the game this season. The students to my left (108) have taken the issue seriously, and have extended every courtesy to us in Section 107. My wife was given one of the little sheets of paper (yes, she still looks like a college student ) and I got a chance to read it. bull$%!#, I say. Thank you, students, for your cooperation thus far. It is very much appreciated by all of us in Row E.

You're right, though, about the same act in the same location. I've seen Aerosmith in Fargo and Grand Forks already. That was enough for me. I would've like to have seen Kiss since I missed their Fargo show, but oh well. I'm not losing any sleep over it... (I would have lost sleep missing the gopher game)

I think you failed to recognize the sarcasm in his statement. For myself, I don't remember anything from age 19-21.
