A Hakstol-led team loses a mid-season exhibition game a few years ago to a Canadian college and this place lost its collective mind...this year's team is being given last rights by the nursing home chaplain but some folks are still hopeful that our 104 year old grandma is gonna make a speedy recovery from pneumonia! Unicorns and sprinkles for everyone!

So, when it's 4-0 bad guys with .6 seconds left in the 3rd period of game 2 of the first round of the conference tournament and the team already down 0-1 in the series...will it FINALLY be time to play with their "backs against the wall?"

Oh, they will be separated eventually...like in two more weeks when their respective UND careers come to a close.

That joke of a conference's patsy kicked our sorry asses all over the ice in their visit to Grand Forks earlier this season. Minnesota is more than capable of winning it all this year.
