I actually don't hate the Bruins, Goon, but your defense of all things Boston goes a little overboard. Marchand has developed a reputation much like Grayson Allen from Duke. It didn't happen overnight but grew after each and every incident he "happened" to be in. If Brad Marchand played for Pittsburgh, you'd be screaming for a 10 game suspension.

If by "defending himself," you mean shoving a stick into the opposing player's face, sure. Yes, the Flyer embellished it, but a straight-up cross check to a guy's mouth is definitely going to draw a fine. And it's Red Wings, not Redwings.
