To say Faison "knows what he is doing" at this point is a stretch. If he hits a home run hire...if he doesn't... I'm not enthralled with the process to date but it is what it is.

Again not disagreeing but trying to shake the stigma of "child porn" isn't an easy one. That is reality... and it is "baggage" in today's society...right, wrong or indifferent. Pflu was "guilty" of what...when was he in a court of law?? He committed some NCAA infractions...not murder. Hoffner and his family have been thru way too much and I agree he deserves another shot at coaching.

Never said it was fair or justified...it's his reality though and it is "baggage". If it wasn't to some extent he would have been reinstated at Mankato at some point.

Is it??? One was charged with child porn...real or perceived. One was let go over a player's sexual assault case...real or perceived. And that's why Hoffner is out of coaching altogether right now and Pflu got a job and was at Weber last year. "I don't care if it is real or only perceived"...ring a bell???

As mentioned...Bohl plus baggage equals multiple NCs. Also Hoffner's name was thrown around and he applied...talk about baggage!
