So when Wilkie, Smith and Olson were on the ice together...which they were if remember correctly...did Berry go with 2 wings on one side and one wing on the other side? I recall Olson playing a couple shifts up the middle. I could be wrong........and I have zero desire to go back and watch the game over to verify that.

The college hockey landscape is always better overall when Wisconsin, Michigan and Michigan St are relevant year in and year out.

Getting Staal and him playing like a true #1 centerman has been the key. That allowed Mikko to move into the # 2 centerman role which is his sweet spot.

I have 6 tickets for the regional.......they'll make it to Fargo. Which seed will be determined by the Pairwise. Having to play (hypothetically) Minny then Denver is a little trickier route than getting St. Lawrence or Ohio St. in the first round as #1 seed.
