I'd take someone who has stayed the course (WMU guy) vs. someone who is looking for greener pastures at every turn (Elliot) any day of the week. Elliot will be a train wreck and a short termer if she's the one chosen. There's a reason she is at UTSA and got bypassed for the AD spot.

Agree..................................but I guess we are all relying on the fact that with this selection committee of 74 people they actually got/selected the four best candidates that applied. The "best person for the job" in reality might even be one of these four.

Well.......going with option #1 does open up the probability for a lot more people to get on a committee at UND at some point so there is that!

To put these two in the same bucket as far as readiness as a potential new AD in the timeframe for each process is a total stretch IMO.

Statistically all this team needs to do is score more than one goal in a game. When they have done that they haven't lost. Problem is if you look at their overall record you get a glimpse at how often they score just one goal because they have lost 6 of those games with one tie.
