Hope you didn't scare him away! So both Malone and Nash may have been visiting this weekend? Landing both of those forwards would be a huge boost to the Sioux recruiting classes.

They only return 1 player out of their top 5 scorers from last season. They should still be a tough, hard-working team. I don't expect any team to take them lightly this year with how well they played at the end of last season. But their success is very dependent on Goepfert. If he gets injured, they could go downhill fast, as their backup goalies are both freshmen.

Maybe he will have to stick around for another season until he can work his way into their top 5 prospects.

I hadn't heard that David Toews was back at SSM. That's good news for Sioux fans, as hopefully he will play for the Sioux now! Too bad Tessier didn't go back as well.

The Sioux need to get Malone. He would be a huge pickup for their 07 class.

I'm interested to see how good the UMN PP is this season. They lose 3 KEY contributors to that first PP line in Kessel, Irmen, and Potulny. Their PP always seems to be good though, and I am sure that Goligoski, Okposo, and Stoa will be good on the PP. I can't imagine the skill that will be on the first PP line for UND. You could put Lee and Radke out there on defense with Toews, Oshie, and Duncan on forward. That's quite the potent line!
