Key stat: The Gophers only have three sweeps all season. All three have come against SCSU. Not saying that the Gophers aren't looking better, but their games against SCSU probably aren't the best indicator at this point. It was just a few short games ago that this Gopher team gave up 6 goals to Tech, the lowest scoring team in the NCAA.

Yeah, it sounds like Bozak will be cleared to begin full practices again on Monday, but probably won't play in his first game until the NCAA regionals. Huge loss for them next weekend if they are missing both Ruegsegger and Bozak.

There's no way that UAA would have been able to run up the score on DU. With a 2-0 lead, they should have taken a page from UW/MTU/Cornell, etc and trapped the Pioneers until they could trap no more. Put 4 guys on the blue line and don't even let them enter the zone.

The only difference being that last year Kangas was a rock back in net. This year he looks lost most of the time. Comparing his numbers from his FR to SO season is crazy.
