For sure. Considering that both Gaber and Frisch were supposed to play this weekend, I'm hoping that they'll be cleared to play next weekend. And Sanderson has been day to day for about a month now.

That'd be a dumb way to be a man down to start the playoffs.

Seems like he's had the team playing pretty well despite playing without a lot of our main guys. I don't think he needs an excuse. This team was picked to finish 4th in the NCHC this year.

Yeah, not sure who I'd rather face next weekend at the Ralph. If CC plays DU, it'll essentially be a bye for DU to the FF.

Yeah their season is over next weekend unless they beat Western at the 'Zoo. It is their senior weekend though...not sure if they do anything with that like UND does though.

I'm sure the boys know all the tiebreaker info, and they won't be satisfied with just a share of the cup. They'll want it outright and certainly won't want to share it with DU. I think even without Frisch, Gaber, Sanderson, etc that we were the better team tonight and they can go out and take the W tomorrow as well. UND outshot them 30-12 thru 2 periods. They came undone a bit in the 3rd after the Kunz major. Driscoll perhaps wants one back (the big rebound to the slot), but made some outstanding saves, including those two highlight reel ones in OT. Tomorrow...don't give them any majors, limit their PP time, and play them hard 5x5 and they can be sole winners of the Penrose. Go Sioux!

Yep, another OT win (or loss) would do it too.

In the GF Herald they said they have two cups so there was one at both locations. One cup is always displayed at NCHC HQ and the other at the winners from the previous season.

They did. Plus the 2pts for the OT win puts us up by 6 (soon to be 3) over DU with one game left.

DU has outscored CC 13-0 so far this season. Man, hopefully they can at least get a goal.

Well I guess there's only one thing left to do then. Win the whole 'effin thing.

What about Driscoll's two amazing saves in OT? I thought both were going in. Amazing!
