There's two things I can thing of. 1) He's got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell...but our cowbell has long since left the Ralph. 2) Doctor Doctor, give Don the news, he's got a bad case of loving Sioux Get well soon Don.

I hate to burst your bubble, but I don't think anything can top a Minnesota-Wisconsin rivalry, at least on the western side of the college hockey hemisphere. I will give it second best though.

Seeing that the Beavs are prolly better than Tech or MSU, Sioux get swept.

The real question is now.... Can we beat MTU? What a sad question... I would love to beat Red (again). I hate Michigan. I hate BC. I hate Minnesota. I hate Denver. Our chance to beat Michigan is gone for this year's regular season. Our chance to really improve on our OOC record against quality opponents is shot. This year will take a miracle unlike the previous years for us to make a serious run at a playoff spot. It's by no means impossible, but we have to play like a top tier team through the WCHA tourney. I'd hate to have to rely on the conference tourney to make the playoffs, but it's really looking like that will be our only option.

We really can't lose this one. It's a long game yet, but I wish we had a little separation at this point.

He is a CCHA ref, and he is a Michigan alum....that may explain a lot.

You can have your Miller Lite's right now, I'll keep drinking the best beer on the planet...Spotted Cow baby! Go Sioux!!!! (Everyone cheer for my internet connection too! It stinks!)

Thanks Ryan. And about the pic....I dunno, since I put it up, we haven't done so bad (knock on wood)

I've never listened to radio online before, is there anything available in that respect? I didn't see a link for it on fightingsioux.com (yet). Thanks...sorry I'm an idiot, haha.

I'm at home in WI right now and will be until the 30th. I actually wanted to go to the GLI since it's only a 7 hr drive or so, but we keep getting piled on with snow and I'd hate to have to drive there or back in any poor driving conditions. So, is there any way I can pick up the game here in WI? Bob, how do you watch?

The only thing might be academics. I know that's why Riley Nash chose Cornell over us (moreso than being with his brother). He wanted to have a backup plan if anything ever went wrong with his career.

That's a no-brainer if it were up to me.

Near Tragedy Avoided For YaneA During Storm
Big A HG replied to JESUS,family, rutgers's topic in Men's Hockey
I have a dog, Hobey (not Hobey Baker, just Hobey, but it's where I got it from ), and he doesn't touch anything that isn't his. It's really surprising to be honest. I always expect the worst out of dogs, but I got lucky with him. Glad your dog is ok, I'd be devastated if anything happened to my little guy. -

At forward, #29, out of Moorhead, Minnesota, Christopher Vande Velde.

I had a final tonight and it wasn't terrible since the wind wasn't blowing, but it was still plenty cold. I always lose my gloves at the wrong time. Luckily I lost one glove from two different pairs to make one pair!!! That should have been enough math to pass my Calc final, but doubt if it was.

I wouldn't want to hug you either

Is that the upper midwest way of pronouncing rut?

Not to me...a couple years ago I would say that, but I haven't seen him much this year. The only other weekend I can think of him reffing is against Duluth(?).

Derrick has really stepped up his game. Sioux defensemen take time to develop so it's been sad to see so much negativity against him without getting any time to develop. I really like how confident he's been playing as of late. Finley is a good example. Look how much we've missed him since he has left. Derrick will only get better, so I hope people can reverse their thinking of him.

Shepherd isn't even close to being bad compared to Hunt. Marco is just bad, period.

My ranking of best Sioux performances tonight! 1) Ryan Martens!!! 2) Derrick LaPoint 3) Brad Malone 4) Darcy Zajac YaneA mentioned Kozek couldn't buy a goal....he could barely buy a SHOT on goal. He missed completely on some good scoring chances more than his fair share of times. I love Kozy, but man, he was off. Marto got burned more than once. Eidsness had a good statistical performance, but was pretty sloppy with rebounds and was caught out of position too many times. Eids is the man, and I have no worries with him and think he's our guy from here on out for sure, but it wasn't his best night tonight. Malone was great tonight. Hustled a lot and started to show how phsyical he can, and should, be. His positioning was very good as well. The team defense was really good tonight. St. Cloud can put up goals as good as anyone and we shut them out for most of the game. The guys that all stepped up tonight are the guys that we will need to make a serious run this year. This is going to take a total team effort, so it's nice that these guys got the job done on a night where some of our main guys didn't have that scoring touch. Let's get another sweep tomorrow and get above .500!

That'll be lucky to get you a beer at any joint in that place. On a side note, I found a spider in my food at L'Bistro, and heard it's not an uncommon occurance at that place according to a guy I know that works there. NASTY
