  4. So if you paid what the Ralph wanted and you did know why, then why did you start this thread asking us if we knew why you paid $2100? Don't come on here complaining that you got scamed by the ralph when you already know why you paid what you did. You get to watch the greatest College hockey program, at one of the nicest arenas in the world. What more could you ask for. Not sure why you are calling me dumb there is not even a sec 100 at the ralph, so maybe you did get scamed.
  5. Why would you spend $2100 without knowing why? I need to come see you have i got a deal for you!!!
  6. Also, if you have the NHL Network, they are showing games from the Prospect tournament in Traverse City , MI. I seen Oshie play the other day against the Wild Prospects and he looked pretty good.

  9. Bulgaria gives up 139 shots on goal in 82-0 women's hockey loss ESPN.com news services Updated: September 9, 2008, 9:06 AM ET Comment Email Print There's the "agony of defeat." And then there's this women's ice hockey score from the European Olympic pre-qualifying tournament: Slovakia 82, Bulgaria 0. That's correct: eighty-two goals for Slovakia, none for Bulgaria. The International Ice Hockey Federation said the result, from a game played Saturday at the tournament in Liepaja, Latvia, set a record score for a women's IIHF-sanctioned event. It was not the all-time record for futility, however; that is still held by Thailand, which lost 92-0 to South Korea in the 1998 Asia-Oceania U18 Championship. Slovakia, which won all four of its games at the tournament, outshot Bulgaria 139-0, scoring on 58.9 percent of their shots on goal. They averaged one goal every 44 seconds. Bulgaria trailed 7-0 after 5 minutes, 19-0 after 10 and 31-0 at the end of the first period. The drubbing capped a woeful showing for the Bulgarian women, who also lost 30-1 to Croatia and 41-0 to Italy in earlier games.
  10. Go ask the old boy from BC how agile finley is. I bet he would disagree.
  11. Still have not recieved mine.
  12. you cannot really compare St. Cloud womans BB to Sioux Hockey
  13. I am a Sioux Fan and i do think we have great fans, but almost every game i go to at the ralph i notice that it gets so quite in our building that you can hear a pin drop often. The only time the crowd is into the game is when there is a hit or we score. What is up with that?
  14. This is a very pleasant suprise. I am shocked that we only lost 2 underclassmen this offseason. Next season is looking promising
  15. As a Sioux Fan and a Hockey Fan, i wish TJ good luck. As a Red Wings Fan, he is now the enemy and i wish him no luck at least against the Wings. It Sucks that all the crappy NHL teams get all the best College hockey players.
  16. NEW YORK -- Chicago Blackhawks teammates Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews, along with Nicklas Backstrom of the Washington Capitals, were named Calder Trophy finalists for the NHL's top rookie, the league said on Wednesday. Kane, the top pick in the 2007 draft, led all rookies and the Blackhawks in scoring, recording 72 points (21 goals, 51 assists) in 82 games. Toews scored his first career NHL goal with his very first shot and despite missing a month with a midseason knee injury still finished as the top rookie goal-scorer with 24. Swedish playmaker Backstrom finished second in rookie scoring with 69 points, including 55 assists to better the previous Capitals record for rookie assists set by MVP favorite Alexander Ovechkin of Russia. The winner will be announced at the league's awards in Toronto on June 12.
  17. just wanted to let everyone know we made it to deadwood and will be leaving for Denver at 6am
  18. I don't think many people are overpaying for 300 level tickets. I got mine for face value and the guy shipped them for free. I am hoping i can move down to lower bowl once the game starts.
  19. I am going on Al's bus and traveling by myself. I Already have called and got reservations, but i would be willing to split the cost of the room with ya if your interested. pm me and let me know.
  20. I have tickets in hand. I feel the same way you do. I would not feel comfortable without already having them, regardless of how easy everyone says they will be to get. This is my first Frozen four and maybe i will feel the same way next year after i have seen what they are all talking about.
  21. I too will be sitting in 375 row 1. Glad to hear there will be other Sioux fans sitting with me.
