So, do you guys see anybody beating Sejna out for the Hobey this year? I haven't seen any of the guys out east, so I really can't say much about them, but Sejna is pretty darn good. That goalie from Cornell sounds like he is a stud too, will be interesting to see how it shakes out.

I hear you there Aksioux. Last weekend was plenty more than enough for me. Sioux have been getting some really good chances, and holding the play a lot in the zone, but Reichmuth has been great again. Plus, we have the 5 on 3 for almost 30 seconds and don't even get one shot off. They were passing it around for the pretty shot by the looks of it.

That sucks, hockey is so much cooler than basketball. I would never give them my business again if I was you

I thought the 3 seniors had good weekends for the Sioux in their last games at the Ralph. They played with true Fighting Sioux spirit. Notermann and Spiewak continued to play hard both nights, and did an awesome job killing penalties. I didn't hear Leinwebers name much this weekend, and that is great. I don't like hearing a defensemans name unless he is scoring. Chris played a good series defensively. Thank you guys for your 4 years of dedication to the Sioux program. You have been a treat to watch and have given us many great moments to remember (another thread has those so I won't get into it again). Heres to hoping this season has many weekends left for you to shine. I know this has kind of been covered before on another thread, but I just wanted to say Thanks.

Very well stated. Brandt played one hell of a series and made many many critical stops. He controlled the rebounds and wasn't out of position very often. Solid solid performance from him the past two games. For the first time all year, I had confidence that our goalie would stop the shots he needed too. Great series by Jake. I definitely second that motion of him being the series MVP.
