Exactly, and again, there really is no sense of urgency for these guys. It is like any other game for them from the start of the puck. I expected to see a huge flurry to start off, but it was just business as usual. I don't know, they are not showing much character and heart right now. Pretty disappointing.

Can't put the entire lose on Josh's shoulders though, just wanted to add that, although staying in the crease is usually a pretty good idea when you are a shaky goaltender.

Would have been nice if he would have stayed put on that one instead of coming way the heck to try and....I dont' know what he was trying to do. I thought goal #1 was pretty crappy on his part also, he wasn't in position at all and was scrambling around far too much on Duluth's first.

Right now I don't think they deserve to be in the NCAA's.

I thought wins against Wisconsin were going to be a no brainer a couple weeks ago, I am not so sure right now. This is just unfrigginbelievable.

Well Holy Heck batman, the Sioux score a goal. Parise with a tip on net for his first goal in like what...forever pretty much. 2-1 Duluth.

You know, wide open net pretty much. and the puck gets shot through the crease and misses the open net. You guys have hit it on the head. Excuses and the "we are playing good, but not getting the breaks" only goes so far. At some point you need to win. Start knocking some bodies around and playing physical and bust your butt to win every single race to the puck, quit being cute and just shoot the damn puck at the net with authority and crash it hard.

I expected more at the start of this game. The Sioux had a lot of shots in the first, but I thought they would come out on fire and hitting everything in sight. I think frustration is starting to set in now. They had a few good chances in the first, but nothing went in again. A couple chances in the second, I can remember a Bochenski shot that went wide with a pretty much open net in front of him. UGGGGHHHH.....It is just getting frustrating.

Period 2 comes to an end. 2-0 Duluth. Shots UND 23 UMD 19. UND outshot 9-6 in the 2nd.
