Hard as hell to go undefeated in the Big Sky as well. I don't think anybody is saying the su's aren't great teams but why do some have to come here and say UND isn't good???

This ^^^^^^ UND could be better if we had more depth, better players, more fans at games etc.

Like winning your last nine games this year and your last 3 last year.

SDSU is very good. I think they are one of the best on the side of the bracket they are now. They are probably a top 8 team! Lots of good teams on both sides of the bracket.

I just bought my two in section 216. Pumped!

Agree - su did NOT want to play sdsu again. I also live in Fargo and haven't heard too much about UND other than saying UND should have had a lower seed than sdsu (to avoid an early rematch in the playoffs). If I were in su's shoes, I would give the newbies some ribbing. Guess it goes with the territory. Would like to shut them up (not possible though) with wins on the field. I don't ever expect too much respect from them no matter what we do.

So the deadline for season ticket holders to commit is Wednesday. November 30th?

Haters going to hate. Classy fanbase and su are never mentioned in the same sentence. I would be interested in knowing the history of seeding and winning the FCS title. su was never seeded lower than 3 in the five year period. Has a 7th seed (other than maybe this year) won the tournament?

I am buying a couple tickets right after the season tickets holders release some.

I am guessing around 8000. We will be there for our 2nd game in a row. This after we haven't been to a game in a few years. The tournament committee gave us some respect seeding us 7th. Now we need to continue to prove we deserve it on the field. I hope we come out sharp and healthy in a couple of weeks. I expect we will. Time to shut a few fan bases up with winning games.

Big moment in UND d1 football. We certainly will get a first round bye. Wahoo!

With a Richmond loss it doesn't matter. We must get a seed.

And has that hurt us?

W&M needs to adjust their defense to stop the run (as announcers have stated) if Richmond qb is out.

W&M has a chance to win this game. Does it put a little doubt in selection committee if Richmond struggles against a losing record team?

What would be the ramifications to UND if Portland state beat Eastern Washington Saturday? Wishful thinking but??

MVFC teams beat up each other and the reason given by valley fans is because every team is solid and good. BSC teams beat up each other and the reason given by valley fans is that every team is weak.

Not anything we can do about all this now. We can just sit back and enjoy the coming weeks. I look forward following a few games Saturday and hope for the best. I expect we will be seeded 8 by the time all is done. I never imagined we would be in line for an opening week bye a few months ago. Playoffs!!! From where we were - WOW!!! UND football pride. The future now and it is bright!

Thanks jdub. Doing a little math. If we got 10,000 fans at $15 a ticket that would be $150,000 x 75% equals $112,500. I am wondering what people think UND should have bid for the first round game. I imagine there could have been some reaching out for a corporate sponsorship?? Could UND afford a $200,000 bid??
