This has been an interesting thread. I have actually learned quite a bit about what is behind what others are thinking. I think that is good. I should add I doubt any opinions have changed. I am getting mentally prepared for any results in the election. I guess not the end of the world either way.

So what is the solution to Covid? Is it a problem or not? What do you do (or don’t do) if you are the Governor of North Dakota? What would you do if you were President Trump? This is a sincere question.

Looking forward for the country to get past this divisive election. Hopefully there is a clear winner, sooner than later, and a peaceful and timely transfer of power if Biden wins. Hopefully, we all find a way to work together for the good of our nation.

Eliminating freedom of the press prosecution of political opponents loyalty pledge to trump as opposed to the good ole USA surrounding himself with yes men And firing anyone who speaks out god knows what deals we would end up with Putin at our country expense self enrichment god knows what roles his sons would play In a 2nd administration he might find a way to golf a little more eliminate and obstruct any congressional oversight buddy up with more dictators and further alienate our allies continue to pursue the legal argument that a president is above the law - a president cannot commit a crime McDonalds for everyone! etc

Don’t constitutional amendments take years - doesn’t appear to be a solution in the near term. If things were going to change they would change before the amendment process could be completed.

I would describe myself as an unregistered Republican that would vote for virtually any other presidential Republican candidate. There’s much more to it than Trump being a jerk. My opinion is the Republican Party has been led to a fundamental change and the whole party is scared to challenge the boss. I don’t recognize the party anymore. Too much control in one man. Biden - ugh As in the previous election which I voted Republican it was a lesser of two evils. Same this year and I fear the Republican candidate more. Right or wrong my thoughts fire away

Whatever Biden has been accused of is ultra minor compared to what Trump has known to have done much less to what T has been accused of - not even close to T

No clear winner on the debate much better event overall biden is ahead and the debate didn’t hurt the one ahead so advantage Biden with a clear path to be the next president
