It's a crime. It was illegal for them to build a palace that cost more than authorized. Since the NDSU one was done deliberately (assuming the news accounts were accurate) then they have to prosecute.

Do we have extradition with Colorado? Sandy Blunt is appealing a conviction for misspending $25,000 or so of state money. This seems a lot more clear cut than that. The state legislature set a limit and the NDSU guys knowingly and willfully ignored that.

Last year I thought it was crazy talk for people to say Lucia might be gone. This year I have a feeling that it might not be so crazy.

Practicing against Kangas is probably a bad thing. If it's too easy to score in practice, it's going to be tough when you face a real goalie.

I remember sitting next to a snow pile on the splintery butt bleachers. But we didn't complain. We just sent dad down to fetch cocoa. As I recall kids weren't allowed near the concessions as there was something they called "heat" down there. Back in the '80's we were so poor we couldn't afford our own Indian head logo.

Kids nowdays have to understand that the '80's were a completely different time back then. We had the threat of nuclear war, had to tunnel through snow hills to get to our classes, there were cattle grazing on the center medians on campus, we had to sit on hard plastic bleachers bridging four inch gaps in the plastic. Cars with fuel injection wouldn't start when it got ten below. And you could misalign your spine lugging around the portable analog music players that we had. It was different living on the frontier back then and hence some would say cruder.

Um, so those that gave money to help the students are having their money misappropriated by buying the President's mansions. Shameful.

And can they move it up a few hours because I'm not going to be able to stay up that late.

I didn't mind the "Who's He, He Sucks" because in the beginning that's all it was. After they (I'm sure it was some Gophers or something) added the poop part I dropped it. "Who's he" is marginally funny and "He sucks" isn't much of an insult now days.

The court records would still be public record even if the criminal record didn't show it. Maybe that's it.
