It is pretty sad when the tics I bought for the Sioux Gophs at The Much are 10$ cheaper than the Tics I bought at the Ralph. I think the farce hits it right when he wishes for a losing season. You should have seen the two he let in during regulation, they were terrible. 72 saves is a lot and the Leafs have been outplayed the whole series, but Eddie has a history of letting in soft goals in the playoffs. What is up with ESPN? When the heck are they going to get CBC in the Cities? GO LEAFS

The sad thing is the 3 goals he let in were fairly weak. Great effort anyway.

On paper we have the offensive talent, but I'm a little concerned where they went at the end of the year. As for next year, we should be fine as long as we stay relatively healthy.

They have had all the home games on at Sensor's this year. The only problem is if it is busy you sometimes get screwed into watching on a small TV a mile away. Most of the time we have no problem getting a big screen though. Reguardless, I will also call and make a reservation. GO SIOUX

Moreland needs to play juniors before anything is proven. Blais took a chance on Brandt going off his HS stats and performances and offered a scholarship. Maybe waiting to see his unimpressive #'s in the juniors would have changed his mind. Hopefully Brandt's future play will change my mind. I also think Ziggy walking on can only be a good thing. His chances seem far better of starting right away at UND compared to Duluth and CC.

After watching the game there Fri, I took Sat. game for granted and felt listening would be enough. Now that I think about it they haven't lost when I watch the game at Senor's. Anyway I didn't see you there on Fri.

This is starting to sound like a POI thread. We lose a game we were suppose to win and everyone starts blaming. I listened to Sats. game over the internet and was as disgusted as most all of you were. 2 goals against Tech, defensive give aways, and 5 goals on 20 some shots isn't going to get it done. We all know we have the offense and defense and considering what they did the outcome shouldn't come as a surprise. Put it in Brandt, Ranfranz or Siembedia, it really doesn't matter. With Hale back next weekend I look and hope for a much stronger effort. This team is far from done as long as they play as a team.

Bottom line is not one of the goalies have proven they can win a game we weren't suppose to win. If ever a chance was presented, it was last Fri night. Brandt made some great saves, I'll give him that. But when the game was on the line he let in the weak one from the point. I was so hoping that was going to be the game that defined him. I guess we always have this weekend.

Hrkac, I'm going to friday's game but will need to talk a few people into going on Sat. I may have to call you for updates if they make me stay in Boulder. Anyway I will be at Senors for the next weekends games.

I have watched most Sioux games at Senor's in Bloomington and they are real accomadating. You may want to make sure they get channel 45 first but if they do you should get it on a big screen, maybe even with sound.

I'm not so sure about a spear, checking from behind is his forte.

I like Sweeney, but Bredahl could use some help. I once heard him brag on a broadcast how he was the leading scorer in an alum game with 2 assists. Riverman is right though, we don't want Mysocko and Woogster type people.
