They all looked pretty good, but toews impressed me the most I think. Bloods got some height to em thats for sure and Im looking forward to see his overall performance improve in the next couple years. Hes coming in two years right? Novotny seemed pretty quiet in tonights game, I thought. It was like 45 shots for SSM to 15 of wisconsins. They(Wisc.) got a goal with about 40 seconds left. Then no overtime, went right to the shootout. Murray has some skills, and looks almost like his brother. Overall it was a much faster game than the previous game(ceasar vs winnipeg). I caught a glimps of the other two games going on in the olympic rink but didn't pay much attention as I was busy bs'n and drinking coors light I was expecting at least a few more people but nothing amazing thats for sure. Maybe for the championship?

Granted maybe it could be the lines hes been on that may effect his performance but, still this could give him a little fire under his arse. This could be the deciding games in which direction the team goes for the rest of the year. As people have said before, anything less than a sweep this weekend would not be good, but it wont crush them either. However, we get swept at home, Ill give my tickets up for the remaining games

I wish we would put a little more effort out there in getting some video feeds for sioux games. The radio is better than nothing but common now, its 2007! I guarantee that if they threw an extra penny on students already high excess fees, they could pay for this easily!

However, a sweep might give them little more of a jump for the rest of the season , especially when the other three return. Heck they even may catch fire when this happens. We need a couple sweeps, and soon. I'd say start now!

I guess I didn't mean to make it sound like I thought toews is dumb I guess I've just heard that TJ loves playing here (talked to his dad after a game a couple months back) and I don't know so much about toews. All i know is that if my name was being chanted during every home hockey game, I loved UND, and I had no problem studying or getting good grades, then why not stay another year. However if I hated going to class and wasn't so 'book smart' then Id probably take the money and run. People tend to forget that side of the story when some of these guys leave early. It would be a tough task to keep up the grades and play/practice as much as these guys do.

I think it all comes down to school, at least for TJ. If a guy doesn't mind school and has little difficulty in getting good grades, and also loves playing at UND, then I'd see him staying one more year. However if he hates the sign of seeing another textbook, I think hes a goner too. Why would you stay in college if all you were here for is hockey and hated trying to keep up good grades? Where instead you could ditch the books and pick up a fat check? I think oshie loves it here so I'd also say its a 50/50 chance of him leaving
