Pelnik is a big defensemen. May 1995 birthday and already listed at 6'4". Had visits to Boston College, Notre Dame, Michigan, and Vermont, before picking UND. Looks to be a very big pickup for the Sioux

He had hernia surgery and didn't play in any of the training camp..I'm guessing he is just rehabbing in ATL before they send him down when he is ready to Chicago (AHL)
