I can answer that for Sioux-cia. This isn't the first interaction she's had with her neighbor. She's lived there for many years, and has put up with lots of crap.
  2. All the GF schools are closed too. We are closed in Thompson, and many other small towns in the area have closed as well. So far, Thompson has made up 2 storm days, and it looks like this will be another. What happened to the days when they built in 3 storm days into the school calendar?
  3. It's on the "front" page of SiouxSports
  4. Thanks MafiaMan for setting up the brunch again, and for the ride. As always, it was fun. ...and yes, we do talk about you if you aren't there. Next year, you should come, too.
  5. Nice job by the Dogs. Stalock is a rock right now, and they need to ride him as far as possible. Until they meet the Sioux again, anyway. Congrats Dogs and Coach Sandelin. Well played and well deserved.
  6. I'm staying at Homewood Suites by the MOA, next to IHOP. I'd like to go, but don't have a ride. If anyone can pick me up, I'll take the ride. Let me know. 218-779-5786 Dawn
  7. Thanks for the heads up, Siouxman! See you there.
  8. Section 104 Row 4 Seats 12-16
  9. Bob, we are at the Homewood Suites by Hilton - Mall of America on Killebrew Drive. There is a bus of some sort that goes from there to the X about every 30 minutes. Last bus is at 10:30 pm. I am going to call the hotel tomorrow to confirm the schedule and pick up places. I'll post it here, in case there are any other MOA people.
  10. I'm not a for sure yet. I have to see what kind of plans there are for kids that morning. Of course Mr. Siouxmama is capable of taking the crew to the MOA, but unless it's Gander Mountain, Scheels, or Bass Pro Shops, he doesn't come within 100 yards of a shopping center.
  11. We'll have to find another!
  12. I did move across to section 104 row 4, but I will be over to see you, at least once.
  13. I was looking at the media guide, and this years senior class holds the #2 spot for most games played by a freshman. Ryan Duncan Zach Jones Andrew Kozek Matt Watkins 46 games in the 2005-06 season. They share this with Brent Bobyck (86-87) and Gord Sherven (81-82). 1st place is Russ Parent (86-87) with 47.
  14. thanks AZ. So, he has the potential to play a total of 179 games? Win tonight for 173 F5 Sat and sun for 175 2 more in the regionals for 177 and 2 more in the NCAA for 179 WOW!! GO RYAN!
  15. I don't remember what thread it was talked about, so can someone tell me what game number this is for Duncan. I know he has a chance of breaking Porter's record of 175, so just wondering where he sits now.
  16. We were one year. We were in the skyway and one of the many doorways/turns was locked. I think we ended up going outside to finish our journey. Good thing it wasn't cold.
  17. That's what I told my husband when I was describing what it looked like.
  18. YIKES! That's gonna leave a mark on that pretty face.
  19. Remember: Staying near the MOA. Have an 11-teen y/o girl that's a REALLY good shopper. Must have spending $$.
  20. Wonder took them so long to figure this out. I was wondering why Thompson schools didnt cancel till this morning either. Every school around us was cancelling for today last night already. EDIT: Not so much a bad day at home with the kids. One fight, and so far since then it's been good.
  21. SportsDoc, Great post. I wish everyone that chews would read that and quit. I know a guy that chewed since high school, and got mouth cancer. He eventually died. He was young, married and with 2 teen children. Soon after that, my brother, who had also chewed since high school, asked me what I wanted for my birthday. I asked him to quit chewing, and finally after numerous tries through the years, he did. On my birthday, cold turkey. It's been 2.5 years, and he still hasn't had another chew.
