UAA Coach Shyak is the son of the Coach Shyak that coached in Devils Lake in the 70's. IIRC, they are both named Dave though. The Shyak family moved from Devils Lake when young Dave was in elementary school. He and my brother are about the same age and played hockey together.

I'm at the Birchmont House and I heard that there is speedskating on Lake Bemidji this weekend. Is that in Bemidji or another town?

I'm in Bemidji for the weekend and have no idea what the cable system is here and if there is a chance I can watch the games on TV. Can anyone out there help me out? I know there is the internet option, but is it on the radio here too? I don't know the stations here either.
