We need to have MS Mankato to win a few games - they are currently 25 in RPI so they are a TUC. If they drop below 25 we lose 2 wins against TUC. Same for MTU - we are 3-1 against them.

This the 09 roster - and I agree Trupp is unlikely to leave - I would put it 25%. Vandy could go after 08 - he would be 4 years out of HS by then.

I think the only flight risk would be VV - maybe Trupp but I think he's at least a 3 year player. Maybe another upperclassman or 2 leave for lack of playing time.

With all the forwards coming in 2008 and Kristo (1 year too late ) and Fink coming in 2009, how many more F do we need for 2009?

One area of improvement is he has stopped taking dumb penalties - he had too many last year and he is more under control this year.

Question - why isn't Danny Kristo coming in 08 - he's our highest ranked draft eligible recruit by CSS and he is only about 10 days younger than David Toews. I'm worried he will be drafted high (1-2 round) and he will a pro in 3 years. Which means, if he plays a yr. of Jr. he will be with us only 2. Is he definitely an 09? USCHO Pairwise Miami Schedule UNH Schedule It looks like an uphill battle to get into the top 4, if you look at the PWR comparisons between us and UNH/Miami. Looking at their schedules, it would be hard to overcome either team in Common Opponent comparison - we could gain on UNH if BC would sweep them - we are done with COP v. Miami, unless they play MSU in the playoffs. Also they don't play many teams down the streach that are "Under Consideration/ TUC" Also, our RPI will improve with a few more sweeps, but our Schedule Strength will start to go down, playing teams like MSU, UAA, BSU, and yes, UMTC (imagine that).

Only if Chorney and/or Finley stick around - if not Finehage is coming in 08.

With Osh at center, that line needs another finisher. I would try Kozek over Miller.

Has anyone seen the officiating in the USHL or the AHL? It has to be better than what we have now. I would take a few "learning" mistakes from young, talented officials on their way up to the pros. Our league has some of the best players in the world for their age - if we need to get younger officials, so be it.

Does anyone have a link to a comment from the WCHA re: WI/Denver? Regarding the FSM/YouTube clip, do we know if the FSN clock is actually synced the real game clock - if not then we don't have the official time on the screen. RE: Frazee, it was no goal because the play was offside. SCSU didn't argue much, if not at all. Regardless, WCHA officials are the worst in sports, period

One point - do we know for sure the official game clock is synced with the FSN clock on the screen? I don't know how that works - if they were showing the actual scoreboard in the corner like the old days we would know for sure.
