You kind of make my point of why I was quoted, I made the statement that outside of NDSU the MVFC “in my opinion only” is over rated this year. Great conference, can’t wait to be in it. However, I feel this year it is down vs years past. That was the only statement I made. How SDSU finishes out remains to be seen.

Anyone can put as much weight on a loss as they would like but at some point you have to ask who a team (not SDSU specific) has beaten. As for me I guess I can take it into account (they played NDSU and UMN tough) but they didn’t win.

So what you are saying is they have beaten the teams that I feel are overrated and lost to the two good teams they have played. Quality losses.

Autonomous machines/cars/equipment is so close. With Ag and construction manufacturing in ND, MN and Winnipeg someone in Grand Forks needs to piggy back the UAV success and try to attract other businesses in this booming field.

It will be a challenge to win with the young QB in the coming weeks. Haven’t really beaten anyone but that’s only my opinion, no one ever said it worth anything. We will see how it plays out. Very good front seven in defense though.

No where did I say it would be a cakewalk but in my opinion it wouldn't be the worst matchup either. I'm not sure what your arguing. Are you saying ISU has a good offense and I should be impressed by UNI?

After watching UNI vs ISU yesterday, the teams after NDSU in the MVFC are overrated. ISU has no offense and this being the second time I have seen UNI they have athletes but aren’t any better than teams we have seen this year. Not sure how the committee sorts all this out but it shouldn’t be this team is in the MVFC so they are automatically in. Just beat Weber!!

Also, for comparison sake, I did a quick Google search and couldn’t find the mid season article from McFeely (or any Forum staff) on Dave Richman last year. It worked out but with the state of that program at mid year and fans talking as they were (bisonville is a prime example) was it not irresponsible for the Forum not to cover it mid year??

If we can’t consistently recruit the personnel to effectively run the 3-4 defense, that strategy needs to be examined. Our first string dline looks outmatched, it’s even worse when the 2nd string is in. Frustrating all around.

Stopped watching at halftime. This is ridiculous. You could see it coming yesterday when we couldn’t figure out how to get the team to town before 11:00. Every year after a decent win this team lays an absolute egg
