Nano Take a moment and actually visit www.americaspromise.org. Particularly this page. If you take the time to read the "Five Promises" you will notice that in this circumstance "young people" does not refer to 20-30 year olds who are unemployed. Apparently, Grand Forks did a better job at the "Five Promises" than 600 other communities who felt that this award was worth obtaining. Just because Fargo did not receive the award (because it did not apply or possible did not deserve the award) does not diminish its significance. Seriously...graze somewhere else. For everyone else...here are some specific comments on Grand Forks.

I was listening to the game on my way back from Bismarck on Westward One...the color commentator BEGGED the Chicago Bears to not repeat the SuperBowl Shuffle. I agree. I don't want to see Urlacher sing or dance. Go Colts.

Fox Sports just reported that Coach Bohl is just one of two coaches called by the U of M to interview. I didn't catch the name of the other guy. The other AD with two first names did not have much to say...Coach Bohl refused an interview.

This must be the article that prompted the first salvo.
