Did you guys get a deal for ordering that many jerseys at a time. A bunch of us Gopher fans are going to order HC T-Shirts to wear when you guys come down just to show we don't care. I see they are $18 on the net which isn't too bad anyways. I can't wait till they break out the New UND "Fighting Flyers" jerseys, those should be pretty sweet.

Oh I'm sure there would be plenty of Gopher fans that would have fun with it, hell another riot may have even started by Gopher fans up in Grand Forks if that happened. PCM, that avatar you have, is that Frazee bumping into the Sioux player? It looks like him, and when you said flea I figured it had to be. Frazee has to be the biggest baby D1 hockey player I have EVER seen, I would even take Harrington back just to get rid of Frazee.

I am not saying you are immature for wearing it, but I just don't think you are going to get the effect from Gopher fans that you are looking for. I think we'll get a bigger laugh out of seeing Sioux fans in Holy Cross jerseys then you think, but like I said, thats just me. Don't get me wrong here I'm not trying to start some big flame-fest here I am just stating my opinion. I totally agree with you're last sentence though, every college hockey fan should be forced to read that, words to live by in the college hockey world.

Gopher envy? You guys are taking this whole Holy Cross loss way too seriously I think. I mean yeah the loss stung but I think by next year it will be time to move on and most people will have pretty much forgotten about it, it's something that us Gopher fans will always remember but by next season I think most fans would get more of a chuckle out of seeing you guys in bible thumper jerseys then take it personally. But whatever floats you're boat I guess.

It's the off-season, a guys gotta do something to keep the mind occupied. Pretty good prediction, I don't think I would change a thing!

The Gophers have another sports program besides hockey? I never knew that. I always thought Maturi was kind of crooked, the whole basketball thing is a mystery though....I don't know what to make of it. Maybe their tutors quit doing their homework for them so they just gave up all together.

Hell, my teams not even playing but I'm gonna play hooky from work for the afternoon to head to Sensors to watch the game as well, should be some great games today.

I have to disagree with you there, you mean to tell me that BU and BC aren't storied programs? Even the Sioux and Michigan, I think it would have had about the same impact. You just say that because you love to see the Gophers lose, which is understandable, this is a Sioux board. Just my opinion, so it doesn't mean much.

So now instead of seeing a bunch of green jerseys at Mariucci next season we're gonna see a bunch of people wearing "bible thumper" jerseys? That will make a point though, hopefully by that point of the season most fans will have forgotten or tried to forget about that game but wearing those jerseys will place the daggers in the same place they were March 24th. You guys and gals are brutal.

I thought Ralph (or the family now) had control of the Ralph for 30 years and then after that the University could buy it for $1. Or is that another ridiculous rumor?

We actually heard this multiple times at the bar on Friday night. You would think there would be SOME way the state could kick in and prevent something like that, not?

I don't think there was a whole lot of signature quotes from our group on Friday night, just sitting in our chairs with blank stares. The best quote I heard all weekend was from my buddy, "Lets go get a Grinder." My friend from the cities called my cell after the game, this was a good quote, "Thank GOD I never have to see Chris Harrington in a GOpher jersey EVER AGAIN!" That made me feel a little better on that long walk back to the bar.

Good luck to the Sioux, I'll be cheering for them to win this year. It will be tough to do but I just like to see the championship stay in the WCHA, and theres no way in HELL I'll cheer for Wisconsin. The Sioux's first 2 lines are going to me absolutely LETHAL in Milwaukee and Parise is ON right now, but BC will be pretty tough to beat too I think. I honestly picked 'Sconnie to win it all because Elliot really seems to be back on his game but the Badgers offense seems to be lacking, should be a barnburner. Anyone interested in bringing the "Dive, Earl, Dive" flag to Milwaukee? Am not looking forward to hearing 8>5 though!

EXACLTY! What I really want to know is how the 'Sconnie fans will get by without beer for that amount of time. They'll start eating their young they'll be going through alchohol withdrawals! I for one am not a whiner about having to go to the Ralph, I think it's a great roadtrip. And lets face it, the Gophers luck at the Ralph has not been that bad overall.....but it is tourney time, anything can happen.

I'm guessing Don "I just make this sh*t up as I go" Adam is not you're guys first choice for Ref's this weekend? Just a hunch.

I never even went to the bench to coach. It did not look like there was enough room for me to be at the bench. Lucky for that though, Herb Brooks would have nothing on me, I would have really layed into the guys if they slacked off. They did not need a coach, they had Bertibm!

I may have to try and down one by myself too. May have to be drunk for the Friday game to have to put up with the Michigan fans.

Briggs has been playing shaky lately but prior to that he was doing VERY well.....and the GOphers "D" prior to Final Five weekend has been pretty solid all season. I remember a certain Sioux goaltender getting pulled against the GOphers in early December when playing the GOphers, I am not trying to start a flame war here I am just saying that come tourney time anything can happen. God's brother has been playing well lately but all it takes is one off game for ANY team and their season is over. And even though I can't believe I'm saying this, good luck against Michigan, I hope the Sioux beat the snot out of them.

90 oz. beers?? WOW, is that the place that Dubay was signing autographs at a couple years ago? May have to check that out. I just can't wait to hit Happy's for some of the EPIC taco pizza! I don't think I'm gonna hit up a Grinder this year, I thought they were pretty overrated but am glad I got to experience one none-the-less. Grand Forks= GOOD TIMES!!!!!

Sioux Sports pulls it out 8-6 with the empty netter! Heck of a game to be at, it was fun to watch. More Sioux fans in the stands then GPL'ers.

Seems like we're always good for a snowstorm at some point during Final Five weekend. I was hoping the storm we had on Sunday night-Monday would have been it but I guess not. Mother Nature......obviously not a hockey fan!
