i get the $$$ part of moving to the Big Mistake, but leaving the top conference in the country would be quite an adjustment. I don't even care that Minnesota isn't in the same conference as UND any more. They moved and look what has happened to them; they can't sell out a home game against anyone. Gofer hockey; social distancing since 2013!

Hard to believe they use to sell some of the game worn jerseys at a table in the Union for about $50 apiece...I'm thinking late 90's timeframe?

The Sioux go for the sweep against Minny after a 5-2 win Friday night.

The Sioux, led by the Hrkac Circus, take on the Gofers in a two game home series at the 'Old Ralph'. The two teams were tied for the top spot in the WCHA.

Came across just a couple more golden oldies... The Hrkac Circus takes on Bucky Badger in game two of their WCHA series at the Old Ralph. Bucky looking for a little revenge after getting crushed on Halloween night.

The Sioux face the Badgers at the Kohl Center with a trip to the Frozen Four on the line. This game was posted earlier but was not a very good version. Hopefully this one will be easier to watch. Note: This is the last game of the 2007-08 season that will be posted.

The Sioux take on the Tigers of Princeton....ok, the sissies from Princeton in the first round of the NCAA tourney. The Sioux were the top seed in the Midwest Regional held at the Kohl Center in Madison.

After getting past Tech in the quarterfinals, the Sioux face a familiar foe in DU at the WCHA Final Five in St Paul. The bounces did not go their way so UND and CC end up in the sister kissing (3rd place) game. Big picture here; the winner in this game will get #1 seed for the NCAA's. Go Sioux!

After losing game 2 in OT the Sioux look to rebound with a trip to the WCHA Final Five on the line.

The Sioux take on the Huskies of Michigan Tech in the quarterfinal round of the WCHA playoffs at REA.

The Sioux go for the sweep against the Bulldogs at the DECC in Duluth. This was a tight one right down to the end.

Sioux travel to Duluth to take on Scott Sandelin's Bulldogs in a two game series.

Sioux host the dirty Gofers at REA. This game was already posted but it was from the Gofer station with Gofer announcers. This one is the local Grand Forks feed with Sweeney so it is much better. Also, during the first intermission, they ask the UND coaching staff favorite memories about playing against Minny.

The Sioux go for the sweep after Andrew Kozek's hat trick Friday night against the DU Pioneers. Oh, btw, if you watch this game until the 2nd intermission, you may refer to this as the Kyle Radke/Brandon Vossberg game.

Hey Farce, Which one are you?

The Sioux host the hated Pioneers at REA. UND is without Coach Dave Hakstol who was serving a suspension for a 'gesture' to the referee in a previous series against Minnesota. Not to worry as Andrew Kozek is a SNIPER!

After beating the Seawolves Friday night at REA, the Sioux go for the series sweep!

That and the goal he scored in OT at Mariucci batting the pass from behind the goal out of the air past Kangas...was lucky enough to be in attendance for that one. Love the Trupper; he was true Sioux...through and through.

Still have a small stack of games to get through for the 2007-08 season...will try to put them out there in order up through the regional NCAA games against Princeton and Bucky Badger. Need to redo that Wisconsin game; the version out there now is kind of a mess. So, January 25 2008, the Sioux host Anchorage for game one of two at the Ralph. Enjoy!
