Waiddaminute here. BORER started the whole thing... does that make that cute girl a stalker? Not only did he start it, but he started it TWICE. She cannot be at fault for that. Besides, Diggler... I--er, she--has since broken off the engagement. It's over now. There was never any stalking occurring and the nonstalking will continue. There was only like five of them doing it. They were in the minority. Most other Gopher fans were nice to us. These idiots were just a few fratboys who were like a whole period and a half LATE to the game anyway. They didn't watch even two seconds of the game. All they could do was harrass us and cheer when the other Gopher fan cheered. It's funny though because they were really nice to me for a while. They were so stupid that they thought I was a Gopher fan for a while. I was wearing my gold Tech jersey and they were thinking it was a gold Gopher jersey. As soon as they discovered that it was indeed a Huskies jersey, they were dicks to me. The main guy there who's most of the problem... he grabbed my camera at least twice while I was filming him. If he'da done it once more, I probably would've gotten kicked out along with those losers. Hoop's the biggest d-bag on GPL, btw. My favorite is him and a few others blaming us about it. Comedy. There was just non-stop vulgarity and physical pushing and shoving. Also, an open packet of barbecue sauce was thrown and some bbq sauce did get on one of our jersey's... HuskyNation's. The Techie in the Murphy jersey, he's "HuskyNation" on USCHO... I have NO IDEA how he kept his cool. I'da been beating some little punk ass if I had been him. This was all during the second period. I thought things were getting out of control, so I thought I should start filming it for evidence, if need be. If you're wondering why they keep talking about us getting kicked out... basically, 3 Techies were talking to the usher and the usher couldn't hear them. So they went to the concourse to talk. Well, 3+ sections of Gopher fans thought that the Tech fans were getting the boot, as they were walking out with the usher.. This was during the third period. I had moved out of that situation and behind my team. I will reiterate.. these losers do not in anyway reprsent the Gopher fans. My biggest reason for posting the videos on YouTube was to embarrass those idiots and also just share an experience... and hope that if people see this happening at their arena, they can step up and try to stop it. You'll notice that no one in the video was doing anything to try to calm those guys down. Most people around were getting angry with him, but no one stepped up. And he sure as hell wasn't listening to us. There were a few parents with small children yelling at the guy... but that didn't do much good. In any case, to the best of my knowledge, these goons are done with Gopher hockey in the Mariucci Arena.

I think this is great for UND and UND hockey. Cheerleaders don't belong at hockey games. It's bad enough that they're at basketball and football games. Hockey is going too far. Although, I will say... one highlite of my UND trip each year is seeing a UND cheerleader fall. It was especially memorable this past December (Tech swept, for those of you who forgot... or are trying to forget... ) when one of the cheerleaders got on the ice and fell right away because she forgot to take her skateguards off...! That part of it was almost as cool as the sweep. Almost, but not quite. Siouxstudent1 ... UND has a great band. You speak silly when you say you want them out of there too.

I'll probably be wearing my gold MTU jersey that says "MeanEgirl" on the back... though I might take it off to show my green and white underneath. Oh yeah, another dead giveaway... look for the sign... JUST KIDDING!! .. I'll leave that at home for these games. :D GO SIOUX!!

Agreed! Chris Conner won the fan voting thing 2 (3?) years ago and he wasn't even a top ten finalist. Good luck to Duncan and all, but I wouldn't waste your time with it.

Um... No offense to Diggler... But I'd take the point. Blaise pissed is the best thing ever. And I'm not surprised that there were nearly tears after losing to Tech. That's what happens to EVERY team when we beat 'em... Anywho, off to bed I go. I'll be heading out to Grand Forks is a few hours. Anyone can feel free to come say hi to me at the game. This is true. In fact, the Sioux have been so greedy to not even have been able to spare ONE point in Jamie's three years at MTU. I'm hoping my guys can reward me for having to drive to Grand Forks and staying there for the weekend. They give me at least one point.

Nono, see... Tech has already met the Sioux. 6-1 and 8-2... Yeah, that's ownage right there... However, they will be BREAKING FREE this weekend, my friend. Well, at least on Saturday. Friday will be another owning by the Sioux of my Huskies... but Saturday... Don't even bother coming if it disgusts you to see your team tie Tech ... as it does so many other WCHA teams' fans... (Does that even make sense? ) One thing we have going for us is that UND is one of the FEW teams who hasn't had at least one shut out against us in this season alone... Hopefully it'll stay that way.... Tech has been shut out SIX times this season... Ugh!

I agree with you all... the Sioux MUST sweep this weekend. But they won't. Three points max. Tech has not been swept since... Crap, you guys were the last ones to sweep 'em... 2-3 December 2005 in Houghton. Well, enough of that. I say the Huskies should return the favor. And you may all rejoice after the game on Saturday, as that will be the last time all of you will likely see Conner in all his glory on the ice...

Heh... the zebra and the stick used to be the Misfits' old logo. We have changed it at the request of the MTU athletic department. The problem is I'm having a tough time switching my avatar... it doesn't wanna change to my new one. I might hafta keep the zebra until I can figure out how to get a new one working... So uh.. who's in goal this weekend? I figure Parise, but I'd like to see Walski.... With how Tech's been playing lately, I'm sure AWal (oooh! My nickname for him! If you use that, you have to put "© MeanEgirl" after it ) can play well enough to get the W for the Sioux....

Really? Interesting... I don't remember reading anything about that. I agree though... Scott probably should've got a harsher penalty for his actions. However, I think the important thing is that he learned his lesson. There should DEFINITELY NOT be any repeat actions. People that get behind the wheel of a car while drunk really anger me... Greene, Scott, or WHOEVER. But anyway, aside from all of that, I'm looking forward to seeing Scott return. His presence on the ice will certainly not hurt anything (aside from the opposing players...). With the way Tech's been playing lately, the only thing Scott can do is help. (Scary thought...) Now... for any of you Sioux fans that will be coming to the game, make sure you come say hi to me. I'll be in the first row and the first seat in section L, wearing my gold Tech jersey that says "MeanEgirl"... can't miss me. Also, for anyone making the trip, have a safe one... because I believe it'll be snowing from Wednesday until Sunday....

I haven't checked SiouxSports in the past few days... but when I finally did again this morning, I was glad to see a refute up of some sort on UND's part. So I read this letter wrote by President Kupchella... They say there's always room for improvement, but in the case - I don't think so. This letter was very well written! I was pleasantly surprised. Not sure what those NCAA fools were thinking when they enacted this silliness... but if they stick to it, especially with UND, I'll be surprised. Just thinking about the issue and how dumb that stupid ruling is makes my blood boil... I wish the University all the best luck in fighting this silly and pointless ruling. I'm behind UND 100%.

Well.... I dunno about that ... people are jerks no matter where you are on the board... Diggler'll yell at them if they're too mean to you... Afterall, it looks like he's actually be nice and helpful today... Not sure how long it'll last though...
