I grew a beard last year for the playoffs, and vowed to keep it until we hang #8. Some of my buddies also grew "playoff beards" for this year. Also, I've had good luck wearing my white throwback jersey. I eat onion rings before the games. That happened by accident one night when I let Miss Triouxper order my game food, and somehow between her and whoever took the order I ended up with onion rings instead of hot wings, they ended up winning and so now I have onion rings.

Anyway, looking at the numbers if Stafford and Smaby leave, and with Marvin and Prpich graduating, that's four.Committed recruits are Zajac, Genoway, Lapoint, Marto, Forney, Vandy, and Trupp for 07. I'd say someone won't be here next year, depending on who jumps to the pro's. If no one jumps there are at least three guys that won't be coming next year from what I see. I forgot to factor in Bina.

OK, let's look at the numbers. If Stafford leaves, we lose two forwards, as Prpich is graduating, and Marvin as a utility kind of player. So from that perspective maybe someone can fill in the spaces with incoming recruits. Don't we have Trupp, Zajac, and Genoway coming for sure ?

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see Marto in the USHL again next year. I would say that Mr. Forney may need a season of USHL experience to toughen up a bit as well.

That's nothing but wishful thinking. I know some hardcore Bison fans that are also huge Sioux Hockey fans, and always will be. Mr. Bohl needs to come to terms with this. Maybe when they have 7 D-1 titles he will have a leg to stand on, but not at the moment..........................

Yes, agreed. Toews has certainly come around, which is bad for anyone who has to play us. Look out next year, these two could be a dangerous combination if they were playing together.

Just curious. Anyone know ry-ry's #'s as far as pp goals, even strength, and shorites. Then compare to what Staffords or Zajac's. No evil underlying theme here, just was curious since it was brought up.
