  1. I agree with you, but More Cowbell is priceless! But yes...get rid of "Gimmie Some Lovin'"!
  2. You're kidding, right? Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription.. is MORE COWBELL!!!
  3. Here is the list of brothers that have played for the Sioux that we've gotten so far. I thought it'd be nice to see a compiled list. I guess I can't verify all of them, but most. Any more? Burgraff, Frank and Mike Christian, Dave and Eddie DePiero brothers Drader, Larry and Daryl Genoway, Colby and Chay Hale, Ryan and David Hoogsteen, Kevin and David Johnson, Steve and Chad Johnson, Greg, Ryan, and Corey Jones, Matt and Zach Lundbohm, David and Brian Marvin, Scott and Conway Murphy, Keith and Curtis Panzer, Jeff and Jay Parise, Zach and Jordan Ulmer, Jason and Jeff Zajac, Travis and Darcy
  4. Not sure if they play this at the Ralph or not...but a suggestion. When I played, BY FAR the song that pumped me up the most (during warmups) was Metallica's version of the song "Whiskey in the Jar". Nothing else even came close. Don't they play a little John Denver?
  5. How many brother combinations can you name that have played for the Sioux?
  6. Going to be a wild and crazy Tuesday night, eh?
  7. I sure did. I may have to give you a call to discuss. Thank you very much!
  8. Wilson is from Thunder Bay. He played hockey before coming to UND, and came to UND to play football and/or hockey (not sure if you could do both), but only did play football for UND. I've heard the story before, but not sure exactly what happened. I know that he roomed with some of the hockey players.
  9. I have seen posts out here about "Wilson's pompous ass", etc. I played against Wilson in HS and originally felt the same way - before I got to know him. However, in the past few years I've had the chance to get to know Wilson and I can say that he's a great guy, truly cares for his players, and is a good coach. I'm not trying to sway anyone's opinion out here...you can think what you want. I'm just telling you what I know.
  10. Holy! Do you need others to go in on the suites with, or do you have it covered? If you need others...how much are you talking per person? If you'd like to PM me and let me know that would be great. I haven't used the "pm" stuff before, so may take a bit to figure it out!
  11. Did anyone here listen to Berning on the radio this morning? I didn't catch it, but I was told that they have sold 31 of the 40 boxes, and of the 9 remaning, they have 17 "groups" interested. Is that true? I had also heard that they have sold about 30 or so of the 300 Club seats. If anyone heard the interview on the radio and has some information about it, could you please give an update? Thanks!
  12. No, I wasn't serious with that question. I was pointing out the reason why they didn't play for Team ND.
  13. To edit my edited post...I was corret the first time. Jeff did only skip his Sr. year of HS. Must be the booze!
  14. Because they couldn't make Team ND or because they went to play Juniors?
  15. To edit my post...Jeff skipped his Jr. and Sr. year...but in 1994 when Jeff was a Soph. and Jay was a Sr. they played together.
  16. You may want to go back and see if you can find some old rosters from GFC...the Panzers never played at GFC together. Jeff skipped HS and went straight to the FM Sharks instead. The beginning of a disturbing trend for for the Grand Forks players that come from the north end of town. We can lay the blame on some guy named Chuck for that. Until he went ahead and started to believe that he was the reason we were winning year after year, we dominated the GF rivalry and North Dakota HS hockey. Serge Gambucci You may want to take that back. Jeff only skipped his Sr. year. When Jay was a Jr. and Jeff was a Soph. (1994) they played together.
  17. RR goal...Meland. 3-1 RR. 10:00 to play.
