  1. Lack-luster PP by the Sioux.
  2. Fighting Sioux at full strength
  3. ;)
  4. MSU on PP - Watkins.
  5. VV was credited
  6. REMINDER - this is the WCHA
  7. My wife said "we should get season tickets with some of our tax refund" tonight I've never had them and wonder if there's any "inside information" about getting them. I'm new at this, so I have a few questions (two tickets): 1) What is the time frame 2) Is there a best time to purchase 3) Cost per ticket package 4) Are there any discounts or savings 5) Any guess where the seats would be
  8. Cool. Thanks for the replies.
  9. Thanks for the replies so far. It's been since the . . . mid-'90's . . . since I've been to Sugars. I've heard it's pretty fun. Do they have food and I believe they're fairly close to the Super 8?
  10. We used to take the Overtime bus to the games, but heard they're closed. I know Whitey's has a bus - are there any other bars or hotels that bus? Thanks!
  11. Looking for 2-4 tickets.
  12. There's still a lot of hockey left. They get AA at the John this weekend - I would say a 4pt weekend is a must for them to say the least. They also have the Final 5 in their backyard - and remember, they host the West Regional . . . and if comes down to UMtc or UND/UMD/etc making the tourney - guess who gets in.
  13. Sioux win, Beavers win, Minnesota loses . . . trifecta
  14. We should pass the hat for FSSN to cover UND vs Minneota teams . . .
  15. The lease between the city of Bemidji and BSU has BSU paying the city $238,000 (or something like that) per year if they don't play hockey in the facility. BSU is rolling the dice. Let's come back strong tonight, Sioux! Let's go green (or black?)!
  16. There is no way DU does not sweep.
  17. BSU will definitely be a better team if in the WCHA. They're pretty competitive now (with CHA recruits). They should be able to recruit mid-to-lower level WCHA esque players (hopefully soon) and will have a new barn and solid coach to boot. For AH, I think it depends on which conference they get accepted into. I would think they'd be a weaker WCHA team because of geography and "nobody's heard of them." I would think CCHA may be a better fit recruit-wise.
  18. That's a lot nicer than I would have guessed - looks like the Fargo Dome with end zone seating. Also home of the Hunstville Havoc, which I guess makes weekend ice time for UAH a challenge. $10 says the band in the virtual photos plays "Sweet Home Alabama."
  19. Probably loves ABBA . . .
  20. I haven't used B2 before. Looking at their website, they show "season passes" but I don't think I love JBSU hockey that much . . . can you by a "single games".
  21. The recruit on Friday night looked like Trupp with shorter hair . . .
  22. Fox College Sports cut out the Gwoz walk on their Saturday replay (airing now) "due to time constraints."
  23. Looking for two tickets in lower level for the Saturday 2/28 game. Please email kyle13850@msn.com, PM or call 763-242-1329. Thanks!
  24. I don't think that BSU will steal but a handful of upper-level teams' lower end recruits, but will give UMD, SCSU, MSU a good run run for their targets. They have a very good coach and eventually a new barn. They may also get some Canadians or Minnesotan's going to the CCHA and other eastern conferences (with the exception of the Michigans', BC's, etc). BSU is usually everyone's "first team" with a fairly close division of Sioux and Gopher fans (a few SCSU and UMD fans thrown in) for their WCHA team.
