No, it's an observation of what alot of college sudents think college life is suppose to be. It's also a response to two members who don't think a house like the Newman House will be in demand. I disagree.

I disagree with both of you and am positive this house will always be full. Not every college student believes that partying with alcohol and 'hooking up' are prerequisites for a college degree.

Read the frikkin' thread and what I posted before you start calling me names. tDon and some of his players publically stated they don't play to win a game if it's not important. There's a big difference between saying they don't intentionally play well and trying to play well and not succeeding. And for the record I haven't called you an idiot for responding to my posts without reading what I posted.

Bet your great at three card monty. My point is the Goofs' coach does not expect his team to play well every time they hit the ice. That's a big difference between the Sioux hockey team and, most likely, every other college hockey team and your team. But, go ahead, keep spinning. It's not going to change what tDon and Goof hockey players have publicly stated about how they play hockey.

Show me where I ever posted that the F5 championship game or any game is not important, post a link where Hak ever said the F5 championship or any game is not important. Maybe I'm having Sybil moments because I don't remember ever posting anything close to that or reading that Hak ever said anything close to that. IMHO, a Coach (not a fan like you or me whose opinions regarding what happens on the ice mean squat) who classifies some games as worth playing well and others not worth playing well is not a good coach. Why bother playing the game at all? Just forfeit the game and be done with it. That way you're ready to go for the important games.

Read your well thought out comments and rather than responding to each point will simply state: I side with the victim. I believe he did bring the problems to the attention of the proper authorities as they happened. I believe they opted to do nothing until the problems were made public. It's very telling the University authorities appeared to do nothing until after the incidents were publicized. Had they acted quickly, I doubt ihis would have made the media and subsequently used by the anti-name and logo sector. Certainly privacy is an issue but whose privacy would be invaded if Chief Czapiewski told the victim, 'We're investigating the situation and will keep you appraised of our progress'? Cops do this all the time for victims. This makes them feel less vulnerable; someone is actually helping them.
