Before I say this, I want to let everyone know that this means no disrespect to Bina at all, as he's one of my favorites...but here goes: How can they possibly choose Bina as the player to watch? We have all these new recruits, and a great core coming back. Yet somehow they pick a guy that might play a month at the most. It makes it sound like UND has no good people if the player to watch is somebody who will be out the whole year. I personally would say our returner to watch would be Zajac, and the recruit to watch would be Toews....I guess for whatever reason, seeing that Bina was our player to watch seemed like a diss to our program. Sorry if that offended anyone, but now I'm done with my rant.

I'm sorry but that lady just took it waaay too far. I still can't figure out why they insist on using the example "How would you like it if we called you the fighting honkies". Well for one, last I checked the name "Sioux" was not a racist term used for native americans. It is a group of people that called themselves the Sioux. Referring to whites as honkies is basically like referring to native americans as "prairie N*****s". And I don't even want to hear people call me racist for saying that, as I would never say it in real life, but i'm using it for an example. I try not to get involved with the name changing stuff, but some things people say just get to me.

Zach apparently had a very good training camp. Some of the people on various Devils Chat Boards have said that he should be on at least 2nd line playing with very good people(some have even suggested he play with elias). Basically it would be a huge disappointment for the Devils and their organization for zach not to play there this year. Expect him to make an impact on their squad.
