Last NC banner was hung at the first regular season game in the Old Ralph.

The exchange rate is definitely a factor right now as the Canadian dollar is at 78 cents. The organizers should have thought ahead and looked at what some of the US border towns out east are doing. To get the Canadian business many of them offer purchases at par.
