The Minnesota Vikings are signing quarterback Kyler Murray to a one-year contract, his agent told NFL Network's Tom Pelissero and Ian Rapoport. The agreement includes a no-tag clause. Murray is expected to earn $36.8 million this season, with the Arizona Cardinals paying all but the minimum salary.

Former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray will visit the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported. It was reported that the Vikings were expected to pursue Murray, who officially became a free agent Wednesday after being released following seven seasons in Arizona. The belief across the NFL is that the 2019 No. 1 pick will likely end up with the Vikings, Schefter adds.
