I agree. He is really just getting the feel of the college game and when he gets completely adjusted and comfortable watch out. Everytime he gets the puck on his stick I'm on the edge of my seat. Speed kills and he has it.

Lammy twins are special players but man they take some dumb penalties at the wrong time. One resulted in a goal yesterday and another today in the gophers sweep.

For how good Kristo was friday night I thought he was a step slow last night. Give AA credit they simply outworked our boys. I did see some lazy play from us and that is not acceptable. I thought Saunders,Grimaldi,St Clair,and Rodwell all worked their butts off but you gotta have everyone doing that if you want top be succesful in the WCHA. It felt like a loss last night and probably should of been but I will take the point and move on to BU this weekend.

With the exception of Rocco,Saunders,St Clair and Rodwell the team lacked intensity tonight. Saw alot of lazy play out there but do give AA alot of credit. They came to play tonight and were the better team. Hard to say a guy is happy with a tie with AA especially at home but yes it's early.

I agree. I kept a pretty close eye on Forbort last night and he was almost mistake free for the 60 minutes. Now I am starting to see what the Kings saw in him when they drafted him. Making all the right decisions so far. His progress since he was a freshman has been nothing short of remarkable but we all expected this kind of play out of him. This D corp is a special group and our goalies I gotta believe appreciate it.

Just got back from the game. Great all around effort. The thing that sticks out to me the most was when Kristo broke his stick at the point on the powerplay and the puck went to an AA player. Kristo played D with no stick and as the play got closer to Gothberg and the AA player shot Danny went down to block the shot in a 4-1 game. That impressed me the most tonight. Despite what some other folks may say the kid is a TEAM player. With that said I still don't like him there on the point on the powerplay.

Just got to the beautiful Plaza Motel in downtown EGF and having a few pre game brewskies. Sioux win tonight 6-2.

I agree. I could care less what the scores are but I just have a hunch they dominate both games.

I totally expect 2 lopsided games this weekend. Sioux will win by a total of 8 goals when all is said and done.

When the dust settles I really think Saunders will be the guy and Wilcox will be the guy for the goofs.

I expect AA to be run out of the building both nights this coming weekend. They did it in Fairbanks friday night with 15 skaters. No excuses.
