I tossed two artillery shells up last week.... about half hour apart... I live on cambridge street, obviously not a good idea but i figured i would test a few out. Literally 20 minutes later we had two cops sneak up from behind our garage and question us if we had been lighting fireworks... they were sneaking around in alleys and everything else just waiting... I guess i can't speak for the 4th but the 150$ fine, mandatory court appearance, and possibility of jail that they threatened certainly gave me their guidelines...

I saw that broadcast last night too... i also did not hear it i don't understand why he would leave this year so why not just tell us your staying..

I am with these guys oshie is a good person... he will stay, this thread was basically a waste of time, hopefully some people learned a litle of the quality oshie offers to und...

I am yet to understand some of the negative feedback some people give on here... if u can't handle our players and don't like their addition to the team, then why even be a member of this website its a waste of your time.. Every single player is an asset to our team in some way or another... Maybe i can talk to hakstol and have him send certain people the times and schedule for walk on players then you can try out for the team...

I didn't start a new thread becuase it's hard to say what is worthy on here and either way i feel there would have been some shaky feedback so why not just throw it in the finley thread at least it will get read..

Good news about big joe, did anyone hear TJ oshie and Matt Watkins on the big dogs radio show this morning about 10 minutes ago... They were just on there answering goofy questions the big dogs tried to get oshie to say warroad is not the hockey captial, grand forks is.... just basic morning show questions... The team has an event sunday at the Hyslop involving kids at 1-3 thats all the details i got out of it other than there will be some prizes and such...

I had 2 minors in Minnesota and 1 in North Dakota in not a very long spree of time... I got fined and unsupurvised probabtion... never any jail at all. But Toews would have been on a 1 year of unsupervised probation from his incident this fall. It was a hockey party and my girlfriend was there and was one of the few who didn't get minors. My 1 year of probation meant no minors until that year was up or else 10 days suspended jail time. Well toews had the same deal but broke his probation so i think 10 days was the consequence....

All the cheerleaders give a HUGE thank you to everyone! Good for them now some of u can chill out and stop dissin them...

Most of you guys sound like a bunch of crappy fans... i hear so many positive things about our team and now the first 10 posts i read on the thread are about how bad our cheerleaders and band are. Should we get rid of the fans too? some of them aren't so pleasant either some of you need to take some pain killers damnn.... I just don't understand how people can be so opposite on here its ridiculous..

I talked to coach hakstol last night at a soroity formal for a little bit and he seemed very positive about next season... he didn't really tell me anything news breaking and i was kinda trying to get stuff outta him but i was just excited to see him in good spirits of next year... I saw most of the team at random places too so it was a great weekend to be a sioux fan...

I can agree with all of the above check marks as well... I have have to somewhat disagree with devils lake being the best fishing lake ever, but thats off the topic, toews will stay IMO

I didn't even plan to watch this game but did just becuase i had to see some of it... Thank you god for letting msu win... it made me feel like a better person. I am still mourning a little bit and having flashbacks so seeing BC go down made me feel awesome... next year will be here soon enough!

I am very pruod of our team and their accomplishments this season... it's a tough thing to get so close and not get it, but thats really an honor to have such an honorable player on our team... all of our players are amazing and got the short end of the stick this year... FOREVER SIOUX

So latest estimates for struggling college students are: Tickets- 100-200$ depending where you sit and how good you are at getting tickets... Gas- 150+ split (#) ways Hotel- about 100$ per in the end with all the bs Alcohol- This depends but I bet it will come before food for most... Extras- 50-150$ Final cost: If you have 400 dollars you can make it happen.. and you need to be a light wieght drinker

So assuming i procrastinated like most college students do... I am wondering what you all would say if you had to throw out an average cost of how much you think this will cost the average college student... Thanks for any replies to this as i really want to roll down there badly! Go sioux

You should see some of the facebook messages I got on sunday from gopher fans... it was pretty brutal and its funny becuase even after we have beaten them previously i wasn't doing anything of the sort... goper fans pretty much think they are a gift to earth in most cases... i guess sioux fans aren't always perfect either but you didn't see me calling or texting or messaging every gopher fan after we beat them.. i guess it just comes down to this weekend...

I still can't understand why this is even an issue... for such a high profile event it should be a no brainer and be on tv. Instead of everyone digging around looking for info and callin every where just as i have also done. There is no better time than this weekend for our game to be televised... One of the best teams in the country and the people from their town have a hard time getting to watch the game... If i have to go to denver i will
