Didn't it used to be like this and then it changed when USD played NDSU for the NC?

This is perhaps the single stupidest thing I have ever heard in my entire life. The NCC could very well hate UND with the greatest passion in the history of the world and they'd still want UND to host games. I don't know if the NCC gets a piece of the money that would be made for the game or not, but the simple fact that UND will/would be very tough to beat at home and therefore making it more likely that a NCC team would win the NC, the NCC would want UND to have games.

It would also be nice if REA would offer both night packages to die hard fans. They refuse though because they are a bunch of &*(#).

There were alot of people in line today. And the line was still just as long when I left after getting my tickets. It seems weird to me that there are still tickets available.

I did go to REA after Chester Fritz and it's all on a computer system I was told. Once they are gone at Chester Fritz, they are gone at the Union and REA. Since REA didn't open till 10, I went to the Union to get my tickets. So unless I was lied to, which is plausible because I was told it at REA, tickets will be gone.

Once again REA is proven wrong with their assertion that there is no demand for tickets. I wrongly assumed that I could just show up at the Chester Fritz at 8:30 and get tickets. When I got there the line was all wound arond the lobby and went up the stairs. I ended up leaving and going to the Union and the line was past the pool tables and near the main entrance. I ended up getting tickets, but don't know many other people who got them. So did anyone else get them and also why does REA insist on not allowing us to purchase season tickets in the upper bowl?

I know a girl who brought one to games last year. You could try. But since REA changes their rules every other day, it's a crapshot whether you can get it in or not.

Mankato looks like they'll be a decent team, meanwhile UAA will battle Tech for the basement of the WCHA. This is the same UAA team that couldn't even beat Canisius the night before. You remember who Canisius is, right? That horrible team that UND got so much crap for playing a couple years ago. They were what again? A cupcake? So the Gophers can't even beat a team that can't even beat a cupcake. Wow. So the question is WPoS, which would you rather do? Tie a decent team or lose to a crappy team?

They shut out SCSU in the second half. Whether they are playing horrible offenses or not, this defense is very, very good. They've given up 47 points (I refuse to recognize the Augie TD ) this year. The first team defense hasn't given up a single point at home since Delta State. They've played 16 straight quarters of shutout football at the Alerus.

Can/could Bowencamp get a medical redshirt if he doesn't play the rest of the year?

How people can leave is beyond me. What better time to taunt players then when they are totally demoralized? At the beginning of the game when they think they can actually win, they'll laugh at you. At the end of the game, when they've gotten their butts handed to them for three quarters, they'll be mad and they'll yell and swear at you. The 4th quarter is the best time.

I agree, jump on GVSU's bandwagon. Or Saginaw's or Northwood's or Tech's or St. Cloud's or Duluth's or Omaha's or Pitt State's or NDSU's or Nebraska's or Oklahoma's or Mount Unions or Ohio State's, anyone's but UND's.

If he gets interviewed during an intermission this season, I hope he has a broader vocabulary than Mr. Vanek had his freshman year.
