I believe the Sioux were 0-9 on the power play on saturday. With the type of players we have, i would assume this percentage should be much better.

Ok.. for the CC series, i can guarantee you will get tickets to those games. As you can see the series is during christmas vacation and many students will be gone. Just pick up tickets when the leftover student tickets go on sale and you will be fine.

I think most people are commenting on the fact that Dahl obviously contradicted himself in the two articles. IN article 1 (no this isnt a lesson on the consitution), Dahl calls Parise the "bluest of blue chippers" In article 2 "You can say all you want--it's a junior-senior league. Unless you're a real blue-chipper, you've got to pay your dues." As you can see In article 1 , zach parise is refered to as as blue of a chipper as a blue chipper can be. In article 2 zach parise Dahl implies Parise isn't even a real blue-chipper. Very funny stuff.

I was going to post this when i got back from st cloud. I read the first article where dahl called parise "the bluest of blue chippers" and then said if parise gets 50 points he is gone. Who makes comments like that? Then after friday's game he implies that parise isn't a true blue chipper. What kind of idiot comment is that?

"Not-so skinny" I think a more calmed down student section is a trend that even started in the last year of the old building. Maybe the traditions of the past student sections haven't been passed on very well to the old student sections. Just for the record, i am an extremely laid back person at times so it's hard for me to get realllly "Rowdy" , but i do have the modeling skills

The second niagara game i was actually on the ice playing the changing clothes game. I found katie to be very friendly and social.

I have extreme difficulty hearing anything come out of the PA system at the ralph. You would think with all the money they spent on the building and the sound system that they could mess with it to make it easier to hear.

Yeah, but you have to think about the player's point of view on the ice. They aren't going to say "hey let me look at the replay, oh that really was a dirty hit im gonna kick your *SS now". They react to what they think they saw on the ice, and from the picture it looked like a dirty hit. Whether it was or not is a different story.

Sorry, i may have been wrong. Forecheck just informed me that they probably wouldnt have a keg. Maybe they will have beverages in other forms.

I would imagine people have better things to do on a sunday afternoon than watch women's college hockey. In other words you can't force people to go to hockey games.

I went to the game yesterday (sat), couple comments about the sioux team. They have one line that just kick's ARSE. the goaltender played pretty well with the exception of one very soft fluke goal. In a couple years i think they will be able to play with pretty much any team in the country.

I think attendance will get better as the sioux program progesses.

I'm not sexist or anything, but women's hockey just isn't as fun to watch as men's hockey.
