I am considering flying down friday afternoon. I might be able to get myself hooked up with some free airline tickets and stay with a friend in Denver. I would still like to know about possibly getting seats with the other Sioux fans.

I'll be at this game. Since I live in Mayville I am going with some friends that go to MSU. It sounds like there is going to be a big following of Comet fans there, hoping for another win over one of the "BIG" schools.

It is rather interesting to see recruits from Idaho, Nebraska, and Wyoming. It's not very often that we see recruits from these states on UND rosters.

As a fan of the women's hockey program, I am one of the first to agree that this season has been rather disappointing. Especially considering that the team only graduated 2 seniors last year. But as people have already pointed out this is only the fourth season of the program and only it's 2nd in the WCHA. And yes, Shantel's first recruiting class is seniors this year. But you also have to consider that in that first year, Shantel only had 3 schollies to spread around that entire team. It's not like this senior class was recruited in with full scholarship rides. This season the team is still only up to 12 scholarships, I believe. If you look at the top producers for the team this year it is basically 2 sophomores and the rest freshmen. The thing that excites me the most about this team is the fact that this is the program that has the most potential to be our next program to win a National Championship.

I am telling you guys, I think this could be a great atmosphere and would solve alot of the problems people have been discussing in this thread.

I'm still not sure which one of these shows how I feel about the way this season has gone.

So when our athletic department needs money it makes sence to be turning ticket buyers away? We could be playing in either the Hyslop or the Ralph and have twice the attendance, i.e. twice the ticket income. The fact that UND is playing in a basketball arena that is half the size of the one they were playing in 3 years ago makes no sence. Who ever hears of schools building smaller arenas?

I can only hope!

So who is coming out to Mayville to celebrate the win with me?? I am sure that the lady who lives below me has taken her hearing-aid out by now! Or maybe she wants to celebrate the win too?!?!
