This will be a bloodbath Portland State is terrible.
-
I thought we would have shown better today. Didn’t seem to have the same energy as Friday.
-
Still in this!
-
Let’s go!
-
That was entertaining tonight. The ladies looked good and I think there were a lot of positives to take away. Better than what I was expecting.

Not short of options
-
Not when they start losing again

Looking into the history books soccer had winning seasons in 2018 and 2019 ironically under the previous coach. So his excuses that you cant win at UND are disproven by his own work. I will still add that I think that instead of hiring the assistant they should have hired someone with more experience, but I cannot imagine many coaches would want to work with this athletics director.

2025-26 University of North Dakota Hockey Season

I agree with you it was a very good interview. I think there is some real optimism building for this season. -
It looks as though there is some work being done out at the soccer field does this mean the team won their inequity complaint?
-
She would be a big asset if healthy.

Has anyone actually checked the performance of our track program across all events? We have a few individuals that are doing very well but overall we are nowhere near as good as other Summit League schools. We are not winning the way it is being represented.

2025-26 University of North Dakota Hockey Season
HockeyHawk replied to Frozen4sioux's topic in Men's Hockey
The euphoria over recruiting this week is nice but for people watching Sioux hockey for so many years getting your hopes up too much is a yearly dogma. Getting out of regionals this season would be a sign of progression, outside of that it would be mostly what Berry did. My guess is we will be about the same as last year but hope I am eating crow next spring. -
I think we are both correct
-
Based on the overall performance level of this athletic department the administration are program wreckers. Lots of changes needed at UND right now.
-
Definitely. State of the art facility can see why it is helping them win more games. And just to think before this was completed the team was planning to meet the president to bring up a lot of complaints in comparison the mens sports.
-
We don’t know if these recruits are any better than what they are replacing. If you ignore the social media blitz from the new coach it would appear they are not.
-
Until next year when everyone is complaining about how bad the basketball programs are again.
-
The daughters might be mad for their father and going about this the wrong way. Is BB really trying to undermine the new staff though?
-
Men’s basketball either have a coach the is seeing out the clock as has been stated or are trying to bring in kids that can help. The womens program are just signing anyone who will say yes that isn’t a good strategy to get better. I hope I’m wrong but looking at Hutter’s commitments it doesn’t fill you with confidence.
-
I do not think they will surprise but I hope they do.
-
That is true. He is overhyping what he is doing and in my opinion setting himself up for failure
-
Hutter is blowing smoke. Signing anyone and everyone is different than finding the athletes to make a difference. But I do agree that Sather could be running out the clock- or maybe he is interviewing for new positions so doesn’t care.
-
I’m confused as to how this is a signing to be excited about. Can someone explain?
-
I really hope it’s not Smaby there must surely be better candidates, and in reality we need more fresh talent than the worn road of UND alums. This program needs an injection of energy and excitement.
