Agreed on EDC. Any of the top six could make it. I think RR and South are the only two locks, but everyone should be on alert. After Watching Central last night I think they will be at the state tournament. Playing in their home rink on Friday and Saturday of EDC should help.

I was coaching so I didn't see one second of the win last night. One thing to take away from highlights is how good our power play can be at times. Just deadly when everyone does their job. 11 games left. Probably need at minimum 25 points for any real type of chance for home ice. I'll say 4-3 UND tonight, and angry Ciskie tweets.

Years ago (like 22 give or take) Bottineau was in Devils Lake during a holiday tournament playing against West Fargo. The Bottineau goalie was given credit for 86 saves in a 5-3 game that West Fargo won. That was back when it was 15 minute periods as well. I remember it because we played Bottineau the next game and beat them handedly, but only had like 45 shots on net and people were asking us why West Fargo (who had yet to ever make a state tournament at that time) could have twice as many shots as we did.
