The senior class at UND has not lost at Amsoil in their career. Crazy. I was happy to see Bast out there in a top four d pairing for Duluth. Glad he's somewhere where he will play, and play a lot. Sandy may have his work cut out for him with this group. Not much all weekend for Biondi or Spicer. And Thiessen should be in the running for NCHC goaltender of the week. So we're 6-4 needing to win the last week of the season so we can end up on the road in the playoffs. In the playoffs we won't be able to stop the run, while our offense doesn't attack at all but plays the field position game..... I've seen this episode before haven't I?

I thought Minnesota exposed some of Duluth's weaknesses defensively. Took a great goaltending performance to get the tie at home on Saturday night for the dogs. Feels like a split, but we could sweep for old time's sake......

The gophers should've swept that series. Thiessen saved Duluth from being swept. On another note, Snuggerud is a better player than Celebrini from what we've seen.

I don't think UND hit him enough, granted with the way the game was being called UND completely shied away from the physical play or they would have been playing 5x3 all night.
