2017 Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament

How old are some of those hs players, some bearded guys look 40 (15 years in the 1st grade)? Maybe they recruit 25 year old Canadians? -
Wow, don't remember seats remaining ever looking like that.
-
Students also have to pay for their ticket. No reason to spend way to much to some of the season ticket holders in this forum when you can get good seats at face.

Posting that stuff is akin to mentioning Bjorkman in your dad's presence

Hooker had a tough start, but when he got it going, the team started winning, and won the BSC outright. Nothing screams team and conference POY more than that. Tweet from Asst. Coach Horner, "Quinton Hooker not winning the POY award in the Big Sky is the epitome of our society today. Reward individual play instead of team play."

I was going to ask the same question, so thanks from me also. Was warm and very quiet in the HPC this morning

Roku app works great, but, as Alpha said, is behind- 3 minutes behind the radio stream on iheart last weekend. no doubt more than that behind the live action. Doesn't make a difference to me, but seems to for those following along here in the game thread. I regularly use roku for amazon prime movies and tv shows, an it works great. Didn't know chromecast had the app, will have to try that sometime as I have one, but stopped using it since other streams I tried on it skipped so badly.

What time are the practices, 7 or 7:30am? Until when?

On a related note, the game was going to be put up on the monitors around the ralph concourse during the Lambert concert, but, the Lambert (did I spell that right) contingency said no hockey game, they'll watch that and not listen to the concert. Well, of course. Just a hint, didn't listen to the concert anyway. Everyone around the concourse other than the Lambert fans, which of course was the whole crowd, listened for the CHN buzz on their phones and checked on who scored. Not to mention I had to miss the final 3-4 minutes of basketball and Q's performance at the end. I listened only for "Happy Trails", which signaled the final encore and the end of the concert, which of course was a couple hours after the hockey was over. Lambert's group should have had the booze stands and bathrooms closed as well, as there was more drinking a pi#$%ing than listening by the crowd.
