Pic size depends on your resolution, although you can make it full screen, with a loss in quality. TV screens are generally not as good as computer monitors, so some additional quality loss is likely, although I can't speak for the quality of the new HD sets.

The REA is well set up and the lighting, quality is fairly good. Seems that the bandwidth problem has, for the most part, been resolved. When streaming smoothly, it's one of the better webcasts one can watch. Is it worth it? Depends on how badly you want some video to go along with the audio. BB will no doubt be a step above hockey for streaming.

I'd guess road broadcasts on FSSN will not happen as long as dataflix exists. WDAZ has the series at Duluth on the schedule. Don't guess the REA will add that broadcast to FSSN. Same with the BB doubleheader against the Bison this weekend.

Only Friday night is scheduled. Haven't looked at Sat night directtv schedule but I assume a pro bb game or something is on 642.

Didn't get the post game at all (watching TV before that), but the feed is now working well (music). Must have been a bandwidth problem for some.

Sioux were in alone 6 or 7 times in the game and came away with nothing. After Caldwell scored, Denver picked it up and has some great chances that Parise made super glove saves on. Up to that time Denvers shots were harmless except for one Conner breakaway in period 2, saved by JPar. Sioux had all the chances in the third period up until Caldwell scored. Hale made a good move on a 2 on 1 and backhanded the puck under Berkhoel (with the game 1-0 early in the third), but it went off the near post. Parise shot it off the crossbar late in the game. Lots of missed chances for the Sioux, much like the Gopher game, although they got most of them on net tonight, and Berkhoel was good. Both goalies stole a point, although the Sioux could have had this one put away by the end of the second if not for Berkhoel.

1-1 OT tie. Two posts for the Sioux in the third period (Hale, Parise). Both goalies were outstanding.

Wisco/MN tied at 2 after 2 Mich Tech over CC 5-3 final.

JPar will start again. Not a word from Blais about any problem with Jake, he'll likely play on the road at Wisco next week.

And it's not only the sagging but also the locked in place. They don't take away shooting or passing lanes, and uncontested screened shots (PK'ers providing the screen) have a good chance of going in; Wisco couldn't have won as much as they have playing the PK the way they did last night. Will be interesting to see if they make changes tonight. Maybe they're just scared to death of the MN PP

The Wisco PK is the most unaggressive I've ever seen. Stand still PK with the box backed in right in front of the net. The MN points were inside the top of the faceoff circles much of the time. and still had all kinds of room . Results show how bad it is, 3 PPG's for MN.

Brandt is dressed and is the backup. Saw him at the end of the bench on TV.
